I am sure you have started NES before.. so why would yours be called ChuckNESI ?
It'll be a fresh start for my NESing.
So far, I've Moderated:
Fantasy Fresh Start "The Central Valley"- Dead on Arrival
The Great War 1- 7 Turns, Dead of Lack of Player Interest
Chuck's Return to His Roots: 8 Turns, Dead of Lack of Player Interest
Note: For the ones I updated, my most constant players were Forum-Gamers back when we were almost completely separated communities.
After that, I made rule sets for The Great War II (World War II Tech "Fresh Start"), "King NES" (A Succession high-resolution fuedal game of families, choosing NESers as heirs, and personal attacks) and a Daft-styled alternate timeline experiment (death by failish graphics, and way too few players to make the world alive.) Everytime I post a new ruleset and ask for interest, no one responded.
So; instead I will use an old Classic (or an Amalgam thereof) ruleset with the Old Classic NES: The Earth Fresh Start. As this will be a Fresh Start for me; not trying for new rulesets and all, actually trying to be semi-serious, and working on my consistancy, I will call it ChuckNESI: or maybe TerraNESI.(TerrorNESI

)
As for the actual Ruleset, I am thinking of taking MjM's ruleset and fiddle around with it, add in the Three Cities Economic system with normal cities giving 1ep Urban and rural towns (blocks) giving 1/2ep rural/base income. Not sure how I want to split the economy into Urban/Rural/Trade ect, but I like the economic status I've been working on. For the Map, I am torn between the Classic Jason, the North King Map, or FC's beautiful terrain map.
For the game itself, I am thinking of not having BTs or ITs at all; just adjusting the turn lengths as we progress through history. I am thinking of starting at 3000 B.C. going 100 year turns to 1500 B.C. or 1000 b.c., then cutting it down to 50 perhaps.
EDIT: Oh look! Another short answer-turned ramble
