Thinking about it in one of my games I had about 15 rulers, of whom only one died of natural causes. One died at eighteen in battle, but had time to have a son to continue the line. It was a hard time to get that boy to survive, because if he died it was game over. And damn my regent tried to kill me five times.

I personally didn't like it much when it was a WC3 thing. Granted, it was all that was played on the Custom Games lobby, but the game is actually not that well designed.

I've since come around and accepted it more to the point of actively playing it. It's still badly designed, but when it works, it's really captivating.

I've had some fun nooby games of LoL, which as I understand is a splinter evolution of DotA. I personally still have more fun with Starcraft 1 custom maps: 'Strip Hermione Granger'!
