Why is your profile the way it is?

Nick= base on an undead character from Arcanum
Avatar= Ignus from Planescape: Torment Quote: Ignus wishes to burn!!!
Title= Chaotic Evil>Malkavian Progeny>Voice of Madness See the similarity?
Location=Check your atlas, IT"S THERE!!!!

My avatar is the Pennsylvania State Flag. It symbolizes the fact that I no longer recognize the Federal Government of the United States as a government of the people of this land, but rather a tyrannical body of power-brokers looking out for their own self-interest.

My signature is a quote from the play, "Agamemnon", by Aeschylus. The first time that I heard this quote was from an audio recording of a speech by Robert F. Kennedy, when he announced to a crowd that Martin Luther King had been killed. That speech and the aura surrounding Bobby Kennedy was one of hope for the future. The quote, when I read it, gives me hope.

My location denotes my home. No humor intended.

Nick= I will be a Colonel one day and therefor I have prepared for the envitable.
Title=I am the God Apollo, hence the title
Location=I live in the US hence the USA
Sig=I dont know its random, the drug refrence is because someone once told me not to encourage little kids not to do drugs even though I wasn't in the first place, as for the second part, I am a raveing physcotic and hence the sig, and then some ads

Plus I change my sig every so often from inteligent things to quotes, to crazy stuff.

Whoo this is a doozy. (sp?) Alright, here goes nothing.

Screen Name: I tried to comee up with something unique, h4ppy and its derivitives serve that purpose.

Title: Dutch Villian Unit is an homage to my old Dutch Pimp Unit Avatars.

Avatar: Its a funny looking picture of a comic book character. I forget who but I remember that thats Spiderman's leg is in the corner. I think he's a villian, but as I said, I'm unsure.

Location: I currently live in Happy Valley, it is the possibly unofficial name of the valley that Penn State is located in, it is traditionally spelled without the 4, as you might have guessed.

Signature general: I like filling my sig with little quips. Most of the colors were originally to gain attention but now they are just used to help me find my posts now that I switched avatars off.

The first line: The CEIP is an evil organization of populist farmers trying to take over the world and extablish zombie Weaver as Presi-king of the Union of Socialist Soviet Earth. The meaning of the numbers is a deadly evil secret that I cannot tell least I risk being killed.

The second line: I say things that make pepole mad and I freely admit it.

The third line: It started off as a long question (taking up the bottom four lines of my sig) about killing a baby for money. It implored people to PM their answers, I got 19 replies. Certain people though baby killing was a big no-no so I changed it to the rather tame sandwich killing. The last two PMs dealt with that. The sandwitch contains ham, cheese, and rat poison for those who are curious.

The fourth line: I'm bored, please yell at me. I love arguing.

edit: Oh and I think I'll do the obsure ones too:

Here is my profile with location deleted.:
Birthday:

Obvious.
Biography:
I am the best person ever.
Everyone likes people with delusions of grandeur.
Interests:
Stuff Repository: Estou a falar português! Ninguém sabe o que estou a dizer! You must fear the CEIP. 196 319 23
A long time sig component, it and the "The thought that God loves everything is ridiculous," quote made up two thirds of my sig for like one year.
Occupation:
Making dumb one-line comments in political threads.
I really work at Fed-EX/am a student. This was created right after Model Parliament moved off site. (When MP was here my posting on OT devolved into crap and still hasn't fully recovered.) This was made when I realled how crappy I'd been.
Civ3 Versions:
Civilization III, Play the World, Conquests
Obvious.

Username: Plexus. Random word found in a dictionary years ago.
Avatar: Anaheim Angels logo. It's that time of year.
Title: October-bound Angel, in the vein of my normal Child-Eating Squid title, except all awesomely baseballed.
Location: Southern California. Where I'm from.

Nickname: A tribute to the nationalists in the past
Title: Current course of action
Avatar: Because it leaves so much to be desired
Signature: Overused.

Nickname: From Tolkien. It's my standard nickname on the internet; I use it everywhere.
Title: It speaks the truth.
Avatar: More Tolkien. (That would be Luthien Tinuviel.)
Signature: For gender clarification because new posters get mixed up, to advertise NESing, to tell you all just how liberal I am and a quote for truth.
Location: I'm no more patriotic as a New Jerseyan than I am as an American, but at least Governor Codey doesn't annoy me whenever he opens his mouth.

Obvious.

Hey, you're exactly 10 days older than me :D

Everyone likes people with delusions of grandeur.

Just ask Perfection ;)

BTW, I haven't really been paying much attention to Penn State Football since I've moved out to Delaware, how have they been doing this year? :)

3-0...but they played south florida, cincinnati and like eastern michigan. so they havent really played a game yet

go bucks

Name: Standard name I use. Also has multiple meanings. A Yankees fan, a guy from the USA, or some evil Northerner. Take your pick!

Title: From recent debates here where nobody ever changed position. So I said it was like Don Quixote of tale charging at a windmill with his lance. So I'm the Yankee Don Quixote for debating that way. Seems more fun than anything logical.

Avatar: The "Flag of Honor." Been so long that I'm no longer sure of some of the following. This was for either the 2002 or 2003 September 11th anniversary, this flag was at the World Trade Center. I think it had the names of those lost on there as well, in the colors obviously.

Signature. No real rhyme or reason. First is from a Simpsons episode, interviewing Grampa when Homer steers a submarine into Russian waters.

Second is just a good quote I found from a site full of quotes. Used to have a Dick Gephardt quote there.

The rest is random crap, including a link to this blog a friend of mine told me to start so I would leave her alone with my political ranting. I still rant, so too bad. And with the start of the term, hadn't yet had the energy to update the thing for a little while...though it's a good place to organize my thoughts, even if nobody reads.

Also has Political Compass score in there.

Location: Somewhere in Zimbabwe, actually. No, it's fairly obvious. If you need to track me down to kidnap me, I live in Brooklyn and go to class across the street from City Hall in downtown Manhattan.

Biography: Head in the clouds dream whenever I came here, never bothered to change it yet. Does it bother anyone? Should I put an actual bio there?

The Avatar is Lord Castlereagh, most famous for being the British representative at the Congress of Vienna. I picked him because his contemporaries regarded him in much the same way that some posters here regard me. Check out the epiteth that Byron wrote for him for an example.

The title is "Diadoch". The Diadochi were the successors of Alexander the Great; one of them was Seleucus Nicator, the original one.

My location is my actual location. Wherefrom I post and such.

The sig is of two parts. The first is off a bumper sticker I saw. The rest is links to assorted stuff, mostly articles on World History that I've written.

Name: Orginially Civman36, which the worst nickname, ever. Changed it to Babbler after Gamespy told me to (well suggested it WoodenBabbler, and I dropped the so uncool Wooden in, because I am so alive. Also suggested GeorgeWBush for a name "to strike fear into the hearts of your opponents ... [and] ... echo through the streets of Counter-Strike with all the powers of darkness.")

Title: Well, it is true; I am a great wonder of the world. Perfection is only a pentagon, which is only a small wonder, so I outrank him. It goes with my "theme" as being a giant server or avatar writ large of the entire Internet. It came to me in a dream, so either it was some bad poutine or God speaking to me. I believe it is the latter.

Location: As the Internet incarnate, it would be natural to be located at my creator's backyard; like how the universe is on the flying spaghetti monster's porch. Also, he is not just the inventor of the internet, but also Proprietor and Lord Protector as well. One day the world will recognize this fact, overthrowing his human-like usurper and his undead army, and return him to his rightly place alongside his fellow robot rulers, like the Blairbot, CHIRACENIAC, and the Schroederinator.

Signature: It is typical exchange of information traded across my many connections and servers. You are connected; personal information is taken by various governments, corporations, little boys; receive garbage and pornography in return, computer crashs before you get said pornography; and you lose all your files. Which really sucks, as you were working on some important work on there, and the computer techs wont like you crashing the school's/company's computer. It is more work for them, and less time for pornography viewing, malware creation and spaming for them.

Biography: [I was born, I am living, and I will die. Sad, isn't it?] Sums up how all our lives will be.

Expect for our robotic overlords, of course.

Interests:Reading, Watching TV, pos'ig - Occupation:CEGEP Student: Explain themselves, should be changed to be more in line with theme.

Birthday: September 30, 1987: That is true. *hint*, *hint*

Civ3 Versions: Civilization III, Play the World: Also true. I don't have Conquest because I am a cheap jerk, and civ4 coming out.

Babbler is not a member of any public groups: True again. Nobody likes me; well, I don't need them!

Email: Send a message via email to Babbler - Private Message: Send a private message to Babbler: What up with this truth? You can PM me, but trying to emailing me cause a electrical surge, frying you and your computer into a crisp.

Total Posts: 1,616 (1.47 posts per day): Not true -- it is more like 3 762 191, with 956 posts per day. The mods have nothing on me.

Join Date: Sep 18, 2002: Not true as well; I joined on Sma (Smarch) 87, 2342. I am here to warn you of danger not yet present, so I can return to a better future. I get to that, real soon.

Referrals: 0: half-true. I tried referring people, but they rejected me, but then again, I don't need them. I have the Gorebot 2000 to be my friend.

User Name: Well, originally i was thinking something different. But ended up with Reno anyway, i took the make of a charecter in Final Fantasy VII. It's also a French name.

User Title: It reflects my love for Studio Ghibli anime movies.

Avatar: All that i have currently used as an avatar have been from Ghibli movies, with the exception of two avatar's. The current one is From Laputa: Castle in the Sky. (Marketed in the West as simply Castle in the Sky)

Sig: First a quote from Knight-Dragon/XIII that he said once, somewhere. And then they are all links to places that intrest me.

Location: Pretty much self explainatory. Finland is a Country in Northern Europe, North Eastern to be Exact.

My username is just a contraction of my first and middle initials and then my last name. I don't frequently use my "real" first name just because I find it to be too personal.

The avatar is going to change soon enough, I've just got to find a new picture to rotate it to. Right now it's Pat Robertson, who I disagree with on many issues but found common ground with on pumping Hugo Chavez full of lead. Plus, I liked the photograph. Before this, it was typically an amalgamation of the Civ2 partisan unit, Ed O'Neill and Jason Alexander.

My location is technically incorrect, since I reside about forty minutes outside the city limits of Minneapolis. I'm not technically rural, suburban, or urban. I live in a relatively small town (8,000) that's growing pretty quickly. It hasn't really lost it's charm mostly because it didn't have that much to begin with. :p

The title was supposed to accompany an old photograph of Alex Trebek. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any from the first or second seasons of Jeopardy! The title stuck because I couldn't think of anything better.

My signature is a homage to my first computer, the VIC-20. The old commercials for it used to run that as a slogan. Interestingly enough, a Google search for "a real computer for the price of a toy" returns one site - this one, the CivFanatic forums. One of my old classic signatures was from a song parody of John Lennon's "Imagine" that ran on Rush Limbaugh for some time.

Alias: based of greek mythlogy, thought it sounded cool but now everyone shortens it to "mel" and I sound like a girl
Avatar: A statue of the mentioned war hero
Location: That is where I tell all you people where i live so that anyone who trys to hunt me down will end up in a giant wild goose chase :mischief:
Sig: Quote from a marter

Cilpot is a word me and some friends picked for our 'gang' when we were kids/youg youths. It's random letters put together.. Apparently its a word for something in Estonian, but I don't know what.

My title was 'given' to me a couple of years ago by a poster here when it turned out I didnt like the same movies as him

I live in Oslo, Norway. My home is above the arctic circle, though.

My sig is a placeholder until I find something clever/funny/interesting to put there.

Name: Well, I am pretty much as fanatical about FF as MrRats, and Ultima is my favourite spell from FF. Dragoon, because I wanted dragon, but then it sounds like Knight-Dragon ;) . A dragoon is also a type of Scottish knight (as I am part scottish and german)

Avatar: Not having one till I can have a custom avvie, but planning to have a picture of the Bahumat ( I'm also a dragon fanatic. My spirit guide is a dragon :) ) from FF9.

Location: I live in Newcastle in Australia. Nuff said.

Sig: a statement on what i'm doing, a quote of a friend and something that i'm good at.

Name: Last name of a Patriot of Lower-Canada in the 1837-1838 rebellions against the english occupant.
Thomas Chevalier de Lorimier's political testament and personal correspondence were the first political papers that I read and the ones that influenced me the most growing up. A strong nationalism (in a context of military occupation by a foreign power) second only to a great humanism is what I remember and emulate De Lorimier for.

Avatar: Pretty simple: Québec's flag.
It was the first custom avatar I used and I decided to keep when I realized how some Canadians really got pissed of at me for using it... :mischief:

Location: Real location, obviously.

Title: Great song by Bad Religion, but I decided to keep it because it sounds good.

Signature: Great music. Listen to it, cherish it, love it.
