New constituencies as proposed by the constituency commission in Ireland.

They are multi-seat constituency (3 - 5 seats each) as we have proportional representation - with a single transferable vote.

(Dublin isn't broken out - I am in Galway west - no change in seat numbers but we gain some population from Mayo to the north)

• The Heartless' numbers in Italy and elsewhere are diminishing thanks to the Elements of Harmony, Sora(?), Optimus Prime, and a whole lot of munitions.
• The Mane Six defeated Maleficent and turned her into a statue, but Rarity was possibly killed by Xaerong and Rhaxispa.
• Oceania continues to fall apart and is being continually assaulted by the French, British and Raj.
• The new Power Rangers (the Phineas and Ferb cast) defeated the Red Lantern. The rebels fighting in his name, however, are far from being defeated.
• The British-Kat space program is still being developed.
• The Angrezi Raj and the Lizardmen slowly inch towards an alliance.
• The Tri-State Republic holds a pan-America conference which achieves nothing.
