I would like to play but I won't have CIV access till 1/10. So that means I'm also taking a skip on my last set for this SG too. I'll leave it up to Fox whether I still qualify for a roster spot considering the 2 week hiatus.

I've played 21 turns ( wanted to play 20 but I was too sleepy and pressed Enter one time too much... 
. not that it matters much in the current status of the game ) and I must thank to the previous players by the nice stacks they provided me.... having 98+% in a naval landing is quite something
Started by taking care of mongol naval "menace" .... Blitz destroyers really make a diference .... 1 destroyer killing 6+ frigates per turn is cool
The mongol 1 tile island city on hill was erased as well ( lost 1 of the 3 arties i lost durng turnset ).....
....followed by a lot of others.

I made the mine.... at the time I thinked that was a good idea ,but in retrospective we're not going to get to Fission, so having Uranium is useless.

I was wondering around with a destroyer in Boudi lands scouting and erasing the ocasional bad lucked caravel that passed by when I noticed this:
I decided to use the destroyer to block the fleet exit. It is still there.... ( and tagged )
The only scare of turnset:
The AI never cease to suprise me... . but it turn out that João only had 4 of them ,based in Lisbon . I almost shed a tear when I razed my birth city... almost
Now a thing that can delay some turns our win:
After following pholk's plan upon Babylon's lands ( some tactical tricks used there like sending destroyers to bomb a city in front of stack to draw defenders from capitol to there and then land on capitol.... ) I realized that we have a city that we can't attack by sea ( path blocked by ice... why Civ IV doesn't have ice melting GW ( ) or ice breaker ships ? ). By the shape of the borders it seems to be another city 1 tile away from shore as well ( tagged in map ). I decided to pull the stack back and move to the other side ( maybe erasing Khmer for good in path to there ). The best landing spot in path to Babylon capitol is tagged , but I suggest to check if the tagged city exists before that.
Assembly line is in.... Made a factory and some infantry. I doubt that we need to reasearch much more, but trailed research in the industrialism path
And finally we aren't the smallest ones.... A sure sign the game is quite over

Mongols are hiding in the southern islands ( tagged ) and have Mil Sci, so expect at least one or 2 grens... Portuguese whereabout is unknowed ATM , but I bet they are in the southern polar islands as well. Khmer seems to be trapped in the capitol and Ham is somethat blocked as well ( as discussed above ). Boob... er, Boudica is the last bump in the road ( our main stack is near her capitol ). I don't think the rest of the game needs much more strategy or even units, maybe only upgrading our frigates in capitol ( I would not be suprised if Boudi had assembled another navy stack in another city and would try a last heroic attempt to kill us.... maybe 1 more destroyer would be good )... in fact, I doubt that the game will last more than 20 turns from now on.

We get another GG. Merged.
We lose the quarry for the third time on my watch.
We finally kill someone for good.
Make that 2 someones.
And 3 someones.
I played 10 (I think).
Boudacieous has 3 cities left (2 will probably fall next turn and the other not long after).
Joao has 2 cities left and we've got to get some troops over there.

I half wanted to let them just pass for her sheer determination, but then, she will not make it anyway:

Good game, ppl It was extremely fun to sink all those naval stacks and burn those cities.... But with such a fine team ( shameless self promotion mode: on ) we should had tried this in a higher level. After getting destroyers and arties this was simply mop up service..... But we need to leave something for fox-10 ( BTW Immortal seems nice.... I saw a deity OCC chalenge in the strategy forum ( didn't tried it.. lack of time ) and there were victories, in spite of the city not being isolated ( but the passing to city had only 1 tile ( a forest hill ), like the druids hideout SG ) ... so I think that this team could cope Immortal ( too bad that Oz and pholk are already out 
) )

Great Game everyone! Never before played an OCC-AW game, and it was loads of fun. I need to try more OCC if i ever play any SP games anymore.

Started playing OCC now too. Hell, that's fun. Even pulled of Cabledawg's Biology Slingshot ™ and a rare (for me) space ship win on Monarch... I'm in for Fox-10...
