I'd imagine that it reflects a net balance between immigration and emigration.

I work with a few Brazilians who got European passports through ancestry and moved to the EU for work.

I know it's a little late but the big one there is the Ivory Coast.

What surprises me in Africa is how big Zimbabwe is.
