Another one:

The first graph is the production per hectare in regions, the second graph is the consumption per capita in countries.

I was thinking very strongly on tobacco for the Virginia production and Russian consumption, but it looks like there is also a huge production blob in Toronto for some reason. Unless it ties to manufacturing as well, that's out of place.

Pork

Well clearly, the easiest long term strategy to win a war with Russia (or Spain) is encourage an increase in smoking.

Dammit I totally forgot about this thread.
I thought the last one might be tea except for Spain and the UK having traded places.
And no this is not about drinks, because otherwise, that dot Vatican City, would have the same color as France. Vatican City having the highest wine consumption per capita in the world.
For ceremonial purposes, it should be clarified.

No one has posted here in over a year so I'm just gonna slip this map in here and see if you all can guess what it is:

Hint: Don't get too hung up on the specific colors, it's more about the territorial divisions.

States votes in the electoral college (or what it is called). But why these regional blocks?

The regional blocks are they key. But yes, you are partially correct in that the electoral votes has something to do with it.
