Pros per capita? Trying to figure out why the border regions and Brasilia both would be in the, I assume, bottom quartile.
You'd think Amazonia would be at the bottom of every category not related to jungle or water or animal diversity.

Response to me? I took a guess based on what little I know about Brazil: heavily populated by European-African migrants on the east coast, sparsely-populated interior with Amerindians who may or may not play soccer.
All I could think about anyway is:
