Thought this be interesting topic. Post a poll.

I buy mine as soon as possible because where I live the ones with pictures I like get really expensive just before and after the new year.

I don't even use calendars, unless a computer calendar counts as well. However problem is, you don't have to buy that one.

I don't think I've ever bought a calendar. I usually get at least one for Christmas. Calendars are quite nice as wall decoration (if they've got nice pictures).

Fridge magnet calendars generally come from various real estate agents around this time of year, I think.

I don't buy calendars, I can get them for free almost everywhere.

Who the hell buys calendars ? Old people that don't have computers or cellphones give them away for free to everyone anyway.

I don't know TP. Tom Petty, as your signature says.

Get them and give them as Christmas presents to irritating family members.

This is actually a genius idea, far more original than socks yet with the same effect. Will ditto this one for later use :mischief:

On topic: I don't buy them.

I buy a big Office Max write-on calander for the side of the refridgerator. I record all the birthdays and deadlines and vacation weeks, etc. It's "a year at a glance."

I've never bought one myself. I already have several lying around for next year from various charities.

Sometimes my sister gets me a Simpsons calender for Christmas.

I haven't bought a calendar for years. I just use computer or cell phone calendars. The last time I had a calendar on a wall it was an old 1992 calendar that I happened to find during a year that had the days of the week on the same days as 1992 did.

But back when I still got new calendars, I think it was usually late December or early January when I got them. Lower selection, perhaps, but at least you won't lose them before the new year comes.

Thank you for giving me ideas for Christmas presents!
All the annoyance of bad gifts with the ability to make guilt because I put 'thought' into them!
