How is your EU3 Game going?

How do you do that in HTTT?
And my "Glorious" "Italian" Despotic Monarchy, ruled by the last of the di Savoias, anno 1467:

's hardly worth it. Only Vassal is named "Salzburg".
Like I don't have enough Salt and Castle already :p
And the rest of the world:

Aydin will always be Aydin, Ottomans in Arabia but no connection to North Anatolia, Muscovy wants to into space as Russia, There's a bit of Cherokee in the middle of Creek. Tripoli's wrong, Sokoto's wrong, Kanem Bornu's wrong, Songhai's wrong, No Muslims in India, And probably the most un-messed up Iran I've ever seen in my life.

I've seen a neater Iran, where I conquered most of it as the Byzantines, and Persia had the rest. :smug:

I later quit the Byzantine game due to boredom.

I'm not sure how to do it in HttT, but I know in DW you need to have 100+ relations with the current Emperor and a magistrate to get a province into the HRE by using a provincial decision (though the Emperor can reject this, giving you -1 prestige). To enter the HRE, you need to have your capital in it.

That's it, I'm going to make a decision to form Baden-Würtemmberg.
(And a Berlin Province, must have a Berlin Province...)
I've stopped on my Italy game, I cannot DoW someone without Castille/Milan/Byzantium/Austria declaring me to be fish bait.

Berlin is in Brandenburg province, it is correct that way, Berlin province is just wrong, it is however the Capital of the province of Brandenburg ;)

That's it, I'm going to make a decision to form Baden-Würtemmberg.
No, that's silly. Baden-Württemberg was a creation of the republic - an administrative reason that was incomprehensibly not called "Schwaben" in favor of something longer and more confusing. Having a monarchical Baden-Württemberg unitary state would make no sense. At least, if you must insert a southwest German union, create a Swabian unique culture and have the union tag be "Schwaben" instead of that B-W monstrosity.

That is called "Paradox feeling lazy". It's more noticeable in Europe because nobody gives a crap about RotW.

I never really understood what the "Rheinlander" culture group really was and why it extends from Switzerland to Pflaz (IIRC).

Basically because it's along the Rhein.
Also, there IS a Berlin province in the Rising Nations mod, and a Brandenburg province with capital berlin. Cookie to the one who can guess why.
Also, if there was a form BW decision it would mean Switzerland could not swallow Baden or Würtemmberg that easily.

I do

Lemme know what cultural commonalities exist between the Swiss and Westphalians.

Usually, B-W isn't really in danger from the Swiss, but from Austria or Bavaria. Which is kind of historically accurate, since Württemberg was under Habsburg control for quite awhile, as were several of the Badens. But if one must put something there, one must - just call it Schwaben or something similarly non-stupid instead of B-W.

Yes, quite clearly, if you read up on which specific beta patch you need.

Both speak German, and that's it really.
And I think it'd be better to have a Schwaben in Schwaben, tyvm.

I have a MEIOU question. I installed it, it works fine, but i chose lucky nations being historical, and suddently the ottomans had a 50K army a few years after the start of the game...
I was playing as (surprise) the Roman Empire, and barely had 10K in my first ever MEIOU game.

Woudl turning off lucky nations fix this issue, or is it unrelated (some sort of local decision?)

Also there was a bad bug. Ottomans allied with Aydin and Aydin was the leader of the alliance...
