nm, googled it, it is some kind of simply prepared sauce-like liquid.

Cause you can't have fattening foods not being dipped in fattening sauces as well

It is what you coat the hot dog in after impaling said dog on the stick, then you deep fry it. Isn't really food if it's not deep fried, after all!

That is, if Europeans can get the sticks out from their you-know-whats and instead use them for corn dogs.
