Concession?! Scotland is part of the Imperium of Man by right and concession to the Swedish invaders is against the Imperium's interest. Canada is not our only ally, as noted by the likes of New England. Finland has reports of its own revolt against Sweden that may prove to be the legitimate force in Scandinavia and Russia may pose as a interesting comrade. We are in war against Sweden and the rebels in Scotland, as well as a "cold" war with Serbia.
Our perusal is hence: we will like to see peace with Serbia eventually but we wish they recognise our territories and leave it as that in a peace.
Sweden must hand over all land it took from us (like the province in Ireland they took) and agree to split India 50:50 between us as recognition of a dual peace. We also request the return of Rahilda and a small tribute of gold as compensation for the lost of imperial life.
The only acceptable outcome in Scotland is for Thomase II's rule as Grand Duke to remain, with the Imperium still holding onto Scotland. "King" James has two options: surrender so we can exile him to the safety of Canada or face a imperial sentence for betraying the Emperor Illiam II of Man and his Grand Duke Thomase II. We are willing to make Scotland a tax heaven should the traitors surrender.
We are at peace with Georgia... we hope.

Catalan's position in this is questionable and rather shows a lack of practical sense in the leadership by labelling us evil. We are lawful in nature, not a force of demonic intent like Sweden and Serbia. We will suggest they do not seek war with the Manx.
Finally: the Imperium agrees to advise Canada on expanding its military power so it will be able to prove a military use to the Imperium AKA helping provide us reinforcements and to act on the defence pact we both agreed to.
OOC: will a NPCGM position be existent in the near future for this game? I have a idea of seeing the Imperium's civil dispute end up in a civil war for independence for several sections and a claim to the throne...

The Imperium of Man’s operations are to go on but the Emperor Illiam II will face new dangers within…
Grand Duke Patrick III of Ireland has been slain in battle when facing the Swedish. His successor, Onora, eagerly takes the position as Grand Duchess but not the oath to the Imperium of Man: she has declared intent to see Ireland be no longer ruled by “over extending emperors or empresses that have only their bits in the history books as concern.” She already offers alliance to Scotland’s King James and talk of uniting the dynasties. She has even changed her dynasty name from Illiam’s Fermeen family name to Urriam (Irish for honour). Imperial troops have found themselves facing against the levies of the 25 year old Grand Duchess. Map colour green.
Meanwhile the Order of Free Celts has managed to begin a rebellion in Wales, the Imperial Doge facing a democratic army in contrast to the faux elective system of the Imperial Doge. The army’s leader, a deflected general of no nobility by the name of Ivor Davies, has vowed to “see the Welsh Republic born free and for Illiam II’s head to be paraded through the Isles as all lands are free from his and other imperial rules.” Map colour yellow.
Australia’s Grand Duke, Gavan Killip, has decided that “king” would be a better title for him. Since kings are not an Imperium title however he decided to declare the independence of the Kingdom of Australia: clue a civil war between the dukes of Australia, between the imperial loyalists and the independence movement. The Imperium of Panama will be purple while Honduras will be dark orange.
Kenya and Somalia are in rebellion: Desta Ironsi seeks to become King of the Kingdom of Kenya, a constitutional monarchy, while the Democratic Socialist Republic of Somalia is the dream of Tendaji Saro-Wiwa. Kenya will be violet and Somalia will be light green.
India is seeing the rise of its Indian National Congress, resurrected by Kiran Vemulakonda in hope of seeing a united free India. India will be pink.
West Africa’s nations are too rebelling against the Imperium. Chike Okar wants a "West African Federation" to stand against threats. Colour gold, with Mali being part of it.

Once the Manx issue has been resolve with this inner crisis to which there can be no easy solution and which forcibly puts the Imperium out of action in the international arena, we should talk about the real issue: the Srbj.
We are pushing for a massive levy to effectively cripple the country by conscripting 400,000 men to put our field strength at 750,000 men total.
We need an offensive on the south of the Peninsula. That would threaten their troops with encirclement and would force them to retreat into France, in the worst of events. The Peninsula is a prime logistical node from which to launch offensives into France, Italy and North Africa.

...in other news Illiam II is in stress over the arguments over how to tackle the Imperium Civil War. However he did manage to declare to Sweden that "Finland, like Scotland, is traitors to your realm yes? Since you support the traitors to the Imperium then I will aid the Finish. I will commission some supplies to come from Per... o wait that region has rebelled against me! Darn! Well... help hinder the Swedish forces on the border Finland and from Krasnodar Krai through Russia a strike force (made up of the force that was gathered for Georgia) will head to help your struggle, as well as providing a strike point against the Swedish so they will learn."

Again, Finland has been a core part of the Republic of Sweden for years now. We have not silenced anyone, and our latest conflict was so that people would be neither silenced nor oppressed in other lands. If Finland wishes for independence, it would be granted after an official case was put through our government (if it passed by majority vote). However, open declaration of both forcing yourselves into independence and claiming that you will kill the Swedish is NOT the way to handle this! I wish you reconsider before declaring war irrationally.

Empire watch points that that Sweden's leadership are not necessary the will of the people and that the majority of the Swedish may undermine the rights of the Indians.
As such we suggest if Sweden wishes to speak "on the will of the people" then it would notice that India as a force, made up of its people, is crying to independence.
Claiming a democracy cannot be a empire is like claiming that France was not a empire in times of a republic.
What ever the case a president by cases a sovereign.
Anyway: to use the Oxford dictionary on this matter...
Clearly by group this could mean the Swedish electorate!

Iraq has launched a full-scale assault against the war-weary Manx and Sjrbs, securing full independence. Its recently-signed alliance with Sweden suggests Uday may soon set his sights outward.
