I, Ysball II of Cornwell, issue a request to the doges of the Imperium of Man: if I become empress the Imperium will have more constitutional elements, becoming a semi-constitutional monarchy. I will still have power of diplomacy and war but the House of Keys, resurrected if I become empress, will have half the powers.

Meanwhile, in Serbia
Military action against Estonia has terminated. Deeming further fighting not worth the effort, Srbija has recognized Estonian sovereignty, leaving the newly-independent country to patch itself up. The action has encouraged sovereignty movements elsewhere within the empire.
A tentative cease-fire has been reached between Canada and the Sjrbs as negotiations begin in earnest to find a diplomatic resolution to the American theatre.

While Estonia most sincerely appreciates Finland's generosity in this most fragile time of new beginnings, we are only just beginning to recuperate from our national struggle, and could not hope to provide direct military support for some months. Certainly not against an empire and as large and readily-mobilized as Sweden, who sits but across the sea and could very well stamp us out if it so chose.

The Duchess of Cornwell orders her forces to move from Cornwell to secure London: 5000 troops are to horde the city while 10 birds of prey, 200 jet fighters and 100 bombers will take the skies. Beware of Imperium air glory but also remember that the Serbians may sent their own air force!
Meanwhile have our navy prepare to deliver 2500 troops to Cardiff: we will do a landing to take the settlement from the Imperial Doge and secure so that the Free Celts will not get it! 2 cruisers will be deployed to bomb the land area while missile ships provide reaction support. The Duchess want that city secured!

Meanwhile, on the Vaillant
D'Entremont's decision to seek peace with Srbija, likely a result of New England's complete disregard for the war, has radically altered the game plan. As Canadian and Sjrb diplomats haggle on a settlement, the impending reality is that Canada will be out of the war. The ever-audacious Emperor Illiam continues to demand full support against both Srbija and Sweden with either childish ignorance or wilful blindness to his own circumstance, leading to a rapid loss of Canadian confidence that might otherwise have aided him behind the scenes.
For its part, Sweden is prepared to cease offensive operations in Europe if Scotland is granted full independence, allowing it to focus on the Finnish insurgents. Notably absent from this offer is any mention of India, nor have statements been issued regarding the myriad anti-Manx independence movements; consequently the Manx are unlikely to acknowledge any Swedish concessions that do not completely remove it from the war.

Don't listen to that punk! Ysbal will be lucky to pay off the mortgage on her duchy, if her so-called revolution even takes. Srbija will give you a down payment of 20 million to pop a cap in the Manx, plus you have the option of holdin' onto any land your boys seize in the course of your contract.
