I am asking for help, and in reality for someone or more people to accept to be sent the files for the game, and develop it with my help. I have never created a mod/scenario so i am looking for people with more experience in this field. I am able to provide graphics for everything static.

Here is a working pic of the Balkans in the scenario:

Originally the idea was to begin the game in the 1300s, but now i think it is better to start with Genghis Khan's entry into the world stage, some years before. The nations will be the kingdoms in the KOEI game, more or less.

All 10 city sets for it (it will be a 2-era mod) have already been finished.

So, anyone willing and able to help with this project? :)

Might I recommend not having cities so crowded? It would make both cities more productive and load times faster if you don't overcrowd cities...

Currently the plan is to have 10 city sets, the following:

But i might include the Indian one instead of Skandinavia or Tibet.

You can use the Tibetian cities to represent Mongols.

Scandinavia can represent Russia (Moscovy) instead.

If you want to conserve city sets, you can replace Japan with Chinese style.

Is India a major participant of the Mongol invasions? If not, Khmer cities would be a good choice, I think.

I agree with Bengal Tiger views, the scenarios are really overcrowding and have lack of production.

From various informations from Wikipedia and me, there is a wide gap between the Orient and Occidental in population topics, India, China and other eastern civs have far more population than those in Europe. It might be a really challenging task.

According to your screenshot, Constantinople had a population of 13 in game, which is equivalent to nearly a million in reality, I don't think that Constantinople has such a huge population, as I know, Venice has about a population of ninety thousand before the invasion of Mongols.

QUESTION (very important):
I wonder can any scenarios involve more than 5 kinds of city sets?

PERSONAL ONE (optional):
How can I edit your city sets?

You can have more than 5 sets at the same time, if you limit the eras and disable technology trading. 5 sets will be the two first eras, and 5 sets the remaining two.

You cannot edit my sets unless you mean just for your personal use. If you mean that you should use some program that edits pcx.

It seems that Madrid became the capital in 1561, and probably was a lot smaller than Toledo until around that time. The medieval maps i checked of the 13th century do not really show it as a significant city.

Alright. I know that this thread is old, but i have a similar idea in mind like yours. What do you mean? I was actually has a plan to make a KOEI Genghis Khan II inspired civ 4 mod which is basically just an remake of a Genghis Khan scenario for Civ 4 Warlords, but with better maps, graphics, units and tech-trees.
