iggy could you put up the casualties for the Lengel, total bitte
Huh? All of the Lengel casualties are shown.
how does that make them any more civilized than Eskimos?
I have some Inuit friends who would punch you for that.

They have central administration, which the Inuit never had, other than 'Matriarch of the Igloo'.
Also, don't you think our casualties are a bit too heavy? The worst casualties are always suffered while attacking good defensive positions or retreating - neither happened here, and we even had a certain surprise effect.
There was some more fighting with Tristaria after you finished your advance that I didn't mention. Sorry it was about 3 AM when I wrote that bit, and I had to cut a few corners.
And Iggy, why did you build Farport on that meaningless speck of an island (which wasn't even on the map last turn) instead of the island that we clearly agreed on with Verta--the nice, small, oval one to the southeast of Exilsium that would be a perfect base for explorations? Can you change that and pretend it never happened?
That's the one that Exilsium wanted you on, sorry. It's just as nice an island, though smaller.
and Iggy, i really don't see how cavalry of any kind can break through walls, unless they are made out of steel or something.
Temporary siege tactics. And the Lengel's aren't all cavalry, they have infantry as well.
@Darkening- I'm sorry, allow me to answer your grievances.
Yet it took one year to conqour the entire nation? What, did I just prop up up some pointy sticks and die?
Dude, the full power of the Lengel Horde fell on you. It's nothing to be ashamed of, if you think that way (which I actually kinda doubt, so nevermind). Your entire army was in the fortifications in the Kerans, but it was spread out through 4 major passes. That was a quarter of your army defending the one that the first Lengel force attacked.
WTH?! I ordered for scouting to be done extensively, and at the first sight of the Lengels for word to be sent for the other armies to gather! I should have had plenty of time to gather much more of my forces at the sight and prepare for battle BEHIND the walls. Did my people just forgot how to supply theirselves and just die off? And did they forget how to attack them from behind the walls, my biggest strategy?
Arrows. Constant barrages of them. And infantry raids. Trust me, I followed your defensive strategies. The Lengels were simply overwhelming.
What, did they forget how to build a fire? They way you descirbe it makes me believe that my generals were plain idiots.
No, they were minimalist by absolute necessity. There were fires of course, but shelter was limited. They were mostly in tents. The Lengels suffered too, but they had numbers to absorb the blow.
And the Lengels attacked in more than one group, so your armies were spread. Just to confirm that.
I'd like to say that I'm sorry ~Darkening~. Against any other enemy that was smaller, your defenses would have held out. But the Lengels had the sheer numbers needed to crack the Keran Wall.
BTW, the troops who I mentioned in the 'last defense of Davar' were extra civilian volunteers, not the army in your orders, so don't worry, your army was exactly where you ordered it.
So, anyway, you have a few choices. You could take another NPC (Norvalin would be interesting) and wait until the Lengels begin to break up (as all massive, terrifying empires inevitably do) to retake Davar, or maybe lead a few exiles off to some obscure island. Or you could lead an active resistance, but I'd advise against that, as that would likely result in your total genocide.
