Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 9
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 10 (10-3) I've previously upvoted this, but recent posts have convinced me that the relative dullness of some of the earlier eras does counteract the grandeur of the later ones, and as I usually look for excuses to spread my votes, I am putting this here, though it pains me.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 31 (30+1) What can I say, this is good for every reason, thematically appropriate, fits the mood of the civs preferred playstyle, and just makes civ an even more fun experience. :)
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 14

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10 (9+1) Beautiful piece. Not ugly.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4 (7-3) I'm not going to lie, I just put Mali, Japan, Scythia and Mongolia on a spinning wheel to see who would be downvoted next. Sorry, Japan.
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 10
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 31
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 14

I'm voting real early since I'll be busy tonight, and going to bed early.

So, current Top10 differs a little from the previous one. India, Russia, Cree and Georgia didn't make it this time (Georgia was close but failed, while downfall of Cree was really shocking for me - didn't expect it to be eliminated so early) while Spain, Nubia and China improved their result (China ended up surprisingly high, honestly didn't expect it). Ironically Zulu took absolutely the same 6th place. Let's see how this will end.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 11 (10+1) - Upvote for this beautiful piece of music. Should get into Top3 for sure.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 31
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 11 (14-3) - It is wonderful theme, but something about it annoys me a little.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 12 (11+1) I like this song the most of what remains.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 28 (31 - 3) I dislike this song the most of what remains.

Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 11

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10 Ordinarily I would upvote this so it beats Mali and Scythia at least, but as Japan’s theme is doing poorly I make an exception here.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 5 (4+1) I think this should be in the top three based on its uniquely mysterious atmosphere, excellent instruments, epic Atomic theme, and constant presence of the traditional Japanese instruments. It was also featured early before Firaxis live-streams due to how amazing it is, I suspect.

Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 12
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 28
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 8 (11-3) While I like this theme a lot, and there’s a nice tragic melody to it, I think it’s come as far as it needs to for now. The themes don’t have quite as much variation through the ages as Japan’s themes do.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 6 (5+1) Though not my overall favorite, the Japan theme perhaps does the best job of having music which evolves to reflect what is happening with the civ at each particular era.
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 9 (12-3) I think this is the least favorite of the remaining tunes for me. It is pleasant, but unremarkable.

Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 28
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 8

@TahamiTsunami maybe @Mediocrity can advise you who to contact to start an elimination thread, as they must have contacted someone to start this thread.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 6
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 9
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 25 (28-3) This is a great theme, but it doesn’t quite reach the level of Scythia IMHO. The thread deserves to be a little more competitive than this.
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 9 (8+1) My favorite theme in the game. Haunting, melodic, epic, evocative, and builds with each era. Sounds like it came straight from a Hollywood film score.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 10
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7 (6+1) This one deserves to be in a little longer. Atomic Age Japan is one of the best variations on its themes that not only perfectly fits its civ and age but is a great piece of instrumentation by itself.
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 6 (9-3) This one does not deserve to beat Japan.

Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 25
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 9

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 7 (10-3) A nice theme, but it should go by now.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 6
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 25
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10 (9+1) The only theme that can stand up to the Mongol horde.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 4 (7-3) Not my personal taste.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 7 (6+1) suitably epic and relaxed at the same time.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 25
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 4-3=1 - I have to say, even though I'd like the to see Ottomans among these, I cannot complain about this top five at all. Each of these themes has wonderful and distinct instruments, which manage to survive all the way till the atomic version. This theme is wonderful embodiment of the word water. It has very aquatic feel to it, greatly fitting to Nusantara. It is beautiful, flowing nicely, and most certainly unique. Gamelan blends with modern orchestra very nicely, and that ancient era flute is lovely, too. But something has to be downvoted... And I'd argue that the explosions of energy the industrial and atomic versions bring, while sounding very beautiful, can sometimes feel a bit too great. When the themes keep repeating over and over while playing, they can get a bit tiring after a while. I'll probably downvote Malian theme for the very same reason next time - too much energy sometimes, even though the instrument is wonderful and one can feel the richness of Mali and Mansa Musa from them.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 7
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 25
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10+1=11 - I could write for a very long time my arguments for Scythia again and again. but believe we're nearing the part of the game where the only argument of the Scythian theme not applying to Japan and Mongolia will be that Scythian themes have duduk, which is probably my most favourite instrument the Civ themes use.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 1
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 7
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 8 = 7 + 1 I still like this the most of what remains.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22 (25 - 3) I still dislike this the most of what remains.

Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 11

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 2 (1+1) I'll give this one a bit more life before it is eventually snuffed out. I like some energy in my themes, and this one teems with it. It keeps me focused on finishing the game in the later eras. Without that energy, the theme would feel a little dull.
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4 (7-3) On the topic of energetic themes, here's a theme completely void of energy. It fits the civ, yeah, but at the cost of sounding kinda dull.
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 8
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22 (25 - 3) I still dislike this the most of what remains.
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 11

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 2
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 9 (8+1) - Impressive.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 8 (11-3) - Like I said before, it is good, but something about this theme bothers me. I enjoy remaining four themes more.

Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 2-3 ELIMINATED just kill it. really annoying and I am surprised this got so high. about netherlands level according to my taste...
Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 4
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 9
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 9 (8+1) mongolia is best, but scythian theme still has its charm. holds well through the eras

Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 1 (4-3). Lovely theme! Unfortunately, the vote must go on
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 9
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10 (9+1). Just a great theme. They're all great, but this is better then Japan's, in my opinion

Japan (Itsuki Lullaby) - 1-3 - ELIMINATED: It's a good theme. But it's just not top 3 material.
Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 10 (9+1): I still think this is a great theme that can just be sat and listened to as well as being perfect background music for its Civ.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 22
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10

Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 7 (10-3) Not quite as consistently great through the ages as it could be. Yeah it's a stretch but downvoting any of these is.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 23 (22+1) It's the best. It deserves to win.
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10

Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 4 (7-3) Overrated. It just isn't that memorable.
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 24 (23+1) Rated just right, its distinctive, distinguished and dramatic, and deserves to win.
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 10

Mali (Mali Sadjo; Masana Seesay) - 5 (4 + 1) I give this bonus points for having an excellent Ancient Era theme and great instrumentation that sounds like liquid gold gently trickling out, which kind of fits Mansa Musa and Mali. The themes also fit well together without weird dissonance between two mixed themes (Maori and Poland themes).
Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 24 Well deserved win. Instantly epic, great instrumentation, variety across ages, excellent sound in general, including the rhythmic rocking that reminds one of horses, and the strings that remind one of the vastness of Mongolia's plains and empire.
Scythia (Traditional Melody) - 7 (10 - 3) Aside from trying to even out scores to make this more interesting, I do think Scythia's themes do not vary as much as Mali's. I like that they are not the typical bombastic glory themes, however. The distinctive duduk sound and mournful tone of Scythia's themes are a wondrous legacy for a largely forgotten empire about which we know relatively little. I think Scythia's themes deserve to be in the top 5, though I do prefer Japan and Indonesia's themes.
