I like the designs of both the Inca civ and Pachacuti as a leader quite a bit.
I think this civ will present a lot of interesting dilemmas to the player, especially if not led by Pachacuti.
You need to set up in the Antiquity era near mountains which might limit good, productive tiles in that age. Then you get a huge boost to them in the Exploration age. But then you'll end up losing those bonuses during the Modern age...very interesting. I like the tension!
Of course, if you're playing as Pachacuti, you'll at least guarantee yourself game-wide bonuses for being next to mountains. But there's no way to continue working mountains.
I think it would have been nice to see a Tradition that allows you to work mountains in the next age, though.
