NHL 2012 Playoffs

Yeah, that's more like it.

I'm no fan of Philly but sure hope they mop the floor with the Pens. Perhaps the defense of either team will attend the game as well.

I've always suspected that Crosby is actually tony romo in disguise.

Torres gets 25 games.

Torres was suspended 25 games for launching himself to deliver a late hit that sent Chicago's Marian Hossa during Game 3 of the Coyotes-Blackhawks series on Tuesday night.

Should the 25 games not be served by the conclusion of the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the remaining games of the suspension will carry over into next regular season. Torres will also be prohibited from playing in any preseason games until he has served this 25-game suspension (playoff and regular-season games).

25 games is reasonable. Barely.

Much better than all the jokes that have been handed around the rest of the playoffs, at least.

EDIT: Go Sens! Just one more!

Well, I called Blues in 5, and was 2 games off in predicting Nashville's win- seems like good calls so far. :D

What idiot scheduled today's PHI/PIT game for noon? What the hell kind of start time is that for any professional sport, much less an indoor sport like hockey?

Good job Blues. Nice comeback.

Effing Flyers and their being so disgustingly succesfull in the playoffs, no matter how they did in regular season, ruining their better's time. There is no team, in any sport, that get under my skin more than the annoying orange jerks. :p

When I take over the world, my first order of business will be moving that team to Wasilla, Alaska. To compensante them for the difficulty in attracting new free agents, there will even be a rule that all Alaskan players have to play for them.

Yes, by "Alaskan" I mean "Scott Gomez".

Sweet, I got the PHI/PIT series correct with both winner and number of games. Sadly, that does little to help me picking Vancouver, Boston (still have a chance), Chicago ("), and the Rangers (")

No, I took Pittsb...

Oh. Right. Stupid Flyers.

Tomorrow's game in Ottawa could be very interesting if the end result is the #1 in both East and West going down in the first round.
