I'm feeling really out of my element right now; getting a little lost in the game mechanics discussion and finding it hard to come up with reads, but I'm going to vote: Arakhor because I think his flip could be the most revealing based on what I think I know...this could change after some private communication with some folks though.
Still no info about the ring. Still assuming it's got some sort of passive ability.
well to be honest I came to the last page and didn't actually read the passive ability block post before posting
so that is...OK
but it's like how visorslash has an ability that literally has done nothing all game, and what he probably will do with it [if it is real] is just hurt the SW town
I have no evidence of very many passive abilities that exist, and I do not see any context where that is a town role. What passive abilities could robbiecon or jarrema have possessed (extending to SW cult).
I suppose the game must be more asymmetric than I assumed. Um and while there are potentially useful passive abilities that could be possessed by random LOTR townies (hence helping SW town in SW vs LOTR), what are they?
THe abilities I am aware of:
Visorslash's lie [says it was mirrored]
My ability [may be mirrored or not]
Watchers
Roleblockers (active)
Roleblockers (passive)
Vigilante (witch king)
Oh that reminds me I should check in with someone I forgot about lol
so yea chalk up another ability in that mix (probably mirrored---by mirrored I mean for SW and for LOTR town)
There is some lie that floated early on in the game on the LOTR side, about "gondor". If that exists on the SW side please let me know.
And to be explicitly conformist to the game rules, the OP does say that passive abilities are automatically used at night in [sample role PM] so I never really read that before. I wonder what they kind of are
meh. I'm happy of course to be a tiebreaking vote again today.
From my understanding, people are voting Al Sips for a flinch D2. Here we are D6 and someone must have checked him out further. These votes seem super lazy to me. Especially Visor's logic of "Let's rid ourselves of all LotR for funsies." IF, landlubber, jht, Arakhor, why the votes?
I wouldn't say it's for funsies, but all four factions are opposed to each other, let alone any secret allegiances, such as possibly created by the Ring.
the criticism of Al sips (and visor) is they keep getting "blocked" yet no one seems to be doing the blocking......[granted al sips is a heresay thing from martinluther, but he said he was blocked n1 and then if we take martinluther at face value n2]
then of course al sips is a scum [LOTR] but we can wait on him a second if we intelligently figure out other stuff
Relooking at just the "neighborhood" of posts around the martin luther/al sipsclar thing because of remake's post:
1) al sipsclar what is your scan
2) ML directly claimed bulletproof as treebeard so there is that. Does put arakhor into proper context, especially if LUKE OR DARTH MAUL ARE ACTUALLY VIGILANTE ALIGNED COMPARABLE TO THE WITCH KING
3) what did choxorn do and why did visorslash say he knows what choxorn did n2? Visor is not a watcher or tracker or scanner that knows such stuff
then the next followups are needed:
1) followup with results from lohrenswald
2) another person's results
3) who lied to azzaman
4) who lied about gondor
But at the same time the SW mafia and town are still in opposition to eachother. Lynching LotR town just gives the SW mafia more time to snowball. LotR is all but dead, no use wasting lynches on them.
I never said I was blocked N2. I said the scan was blocked. The scanner personally advertised his services in the thread, and also disclosed that he was blocked that night.
Whoever blocked Visor on N1 revealed to me, and a tracker told me who visited the scanner on N2.
