I have updated the second post with a list of rules that I copy-pasted from the last Chronomancy, with the exception of gold. Gold will not make a reappearance this time around.

and just to note, I have completely rewritten the story, mechanics, and game. This chronomancy bears resemblance to the previous in the sense that it is about chronomancers, but not much more.
