My score was Economic Left/Right: -1.38 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 4.72, as you can see in my sig, which is quite surprising as I thought I'd be a bit more to the left and a lot more Authoritarian.

That would be because the holy grail of libertarianism would be in the purple. If you want to be really simplistic, red = communist, green = socialist, blue = capitalist, purple = libertarian, in ascending order of political worth (allegedly).

Because a stateless utopian society is so much more authoritarian than once where the state owns the factors of production as a proxy for the workers?

It is funny you say that, since you are also an extremist... and I got a -2.12, -2.6 or something like that... rather centrist, and, left.

I would say, anything a -8 or beyond, that makes you an extremist...
I could with that same logic call you an extremist. But a political quiz like this would have to be a lot more in depth to be accurate.

Did you just call me a communist?

what the heck... every time I take this I slide further to the left

Economic Left/Right: -8.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.49

Obama in the Blue section makes sense. Obama is pro-capitalist in most economic issues. (UHC is the exception, not the rule.) Also, he is not an outright death penalty abolitionist in contrast to most European conservatives, and he has defended some of the US military's more controversial actions abroad, so it also makes sense to say he is socially authoritarian.

I made a flippant, sweeping statement about the PC graph. If you take me seriously, then your sense of politics is extremely underdeveloped. :)

I know, I was joking ;)

I took it again, and shifted a little North-West (I think I shifted further up due to one of the questions about acknowledging the establishment changing).

Not to go OT, but Obamacare is very pro-capitalist. Making people by private insurance where most of their money will go into profits is by no means socialist.

In other news, I am a bit surprised my economic score has stayed this far left, but my social score is a result of supporting a more interventionist foreign policy, and the death penalty for mass murders and such.

Your Political Compass:

Economic Left/Right: -9.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.54

What have I done to be surrounded by commies?

Remember when I came I was "Dommy2.0, now with more spam!" (except Dommy1.0 wasn't here yet) :p

Wasn't a question.

Don't worry Ajidica! I'm here to the rescue!

Well, I would say that "extremist" is a meaningless bit of rhetorical fluff with absolutely no utility beyond slandering your political opponents. So we may not see eye-to-eye on that one. :p

Edit: Oh, and:

Link to video.

So there's that. :p

THANK YOU. I've been looking for that guy for a while. Forgot his name.

I will never forgot his line "....I can roll with Wocka Flocka but..."

I think that back in this thread somewhere I said that "Democratic Market Socialist" or something like that fit me. :p Anyway, I am Green, not Red.
