Appeal to the United Kingdom for aid, and teach us backwards colonials how to properly run a country.
Unfortunately, I forsee our appeals going poorly, as the state of our education is such we are unable to locate the United Kingdom, and are forced to stumble around the world aimlessly before finding the Australians, Canadians, and New Zealanders for help.

The story: Newt, Mitt, and Rick duke it out to the convention, and no winner emerges. Negotiations begin in the convention, and eventually, Jeb Bush is picked. He then runs, and, after a close race, beats Obama. (QUIIIEEEET! I can't think with all that laughing! )

So again, what would you do if Jeb Bush became President?

Essentially the same thing that would happen if Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum was elected. The Democrats would try to stop the worst excesses of conservatism (hey, oxymoron!), cut deals where possible, and gear up for 2016. I probably wouldn't be involved in that on any level, but I'd be supportive of my party.

Realistically speaking, the policy differences between the four of them would be minimal. Putting aside the fact that they're all in the very narrow ideological spectrum (right of George W. Bush, left of Michele Bachmann), they would all be surrounded by the same Republican Party, and would be drawing on the same pool of candidates to fill executive branch appointments.

Although really, if you want a laugh-a-minute President, Gingrich is the man to win that future.

I dont know much about him, but based upon what I saw of him when he was governor he seems more intelligent than his brother. I dont think he would be any worse than any of the current republican choices or the current meh president.

Despair, because I kept hearing as a child that there was a Nostradamus prophecy saying that if 3 members of the same immediate family became US president (at separate times, of course), the world would end. Jeb Bush would be the 3rd Bush to be Prez.

I don't have any huge problems with Jeb Bush, tough I can't say I'm very familiar with what his national policies would be. I expect he would be better than GWB and probably closer to his father, who all things considered, was decent.

While I might not expect him to fix anything, I doubt he would be intolerable.
