Random Rants LXIV: Who's Acting Like a Child Now?

The date yesterday evening went nice, talked the whole time, she doesn't look terrible (had not seen a good picture before)...but I'm not feeling it.
Why? Why? Why?

Because it went nice and as soon as you think you might have a chance you lose interest ?

Would make for a great wedding speech. "And as soon as I met her, I thought to myself She doesn't look terrible, and the rest is history."

Maybe you are both feeling a bit desperate in the back of your minds and that kills all natural chemistry. Maybe you associate certain traits or images with romance which just weren't triggered. Maybe she had the wrong genes and your nose told that to your hormones who told it to your brain. MaybeMaybeMaybe

mmhh....no....fairly certain this is not the case (although in other cases that could've been).
My interest is actually right now not high from the beginning on, so there's not much to lose (just having low expectations).

I hadn't seen a good picture of her before, so I was expecting the worst.
She's now not a photo model, but she's not ugly.
That's the best way I can describe my phrasing at the moment .

First world problem. I had to get a new mouse and I wanted wireless so I did and I removed the other wireless USB connector and then my keyboard wasn't working, then I realised it was a keyboard mouse combo, so now I have to ports used up by wireless connectors. Sigh, which means now I can't connect my phone to charge or connect to the computer without going through the back of the computer, which will be a hassle. It's a big problem.

Sick since Saturday morning . It's 9:30 AM right now, and I don't have an idea what to do with this day. If I manage to move the sofa away from the TV, then it will probably be comedy central the whole day, but really....what a waste of time.

Two nights ago I had some sort of a nightmare and I woke up. As soon as I opened my eyes I saw ceiling cat or something similar staring at me from my ceiling. Yeah, you read that right, I saw an opening in my ceiling and a cat sticking its head out and it was staring at me.

I jumped out of bed, turned on the lights, and.. nothing. Stupid dreams

The modern version of Ceiling Cat is white. If the cat you dreamed of was tabby, it might have been Hover Cat.

I have my very own Basement Cat (Maddy is almost all black ). I used to have a Moral Grey Area Cat named Gussy, but he died...
