And you found out the hard way around.

How does such a recalcitrant Red not expect big capital to try to strip him of his work-hours money?

If I missed any Q/A thread where you solicited advice, I'm sorry about that.
Not at all, I'm just a desperate techno-dummy who waited too long to deal with a simple problem. Next time, I will ask first.
Sort of the "Luddite in Red..." if you will.
Sabots into the machines, gentlemen.
Ordered a real battery -- coming Tuesday. $19.99. Samsungparts.com very helpful.

Okay, I am currently pissed off. My great-grandfather's been in a nursing home for 5 or so years now, after suffering two strokes. This specific nursing home has to be completely ******* incompetent, since it seem every year they **** up somewhere. Just 30 minutes or so ago, while we were headed back from the farmer's market in a local town (that's a rave, there was some amazing food that we bought, but I digress), my grandmother called my mom, saying that my great-grandfather fell out of his bed somehow, and probably broke his leg. Both my mom and I are sick and ******* tired of the ****ty care this place has given him, and she is currently in the process of first calling the nursing home to rip them a new *******, then the cops to report nursing home negligence (there have been other cases of **** like this), and finally to find an attorney to sue these ******* twatwaffles. At least she has the balls to do this. My grandmother didn't want her to do anything.

Leave the suing for the last, instead of that you should take care of his health first.

...wait...what...they accept Visa, but not Mastercard o_O?
Either no credit card, or all, but something in between? Why o_O?

Lots of places in Japan accept neither, but at least some accept Visa. But I get a fee for using international ATMs with my Visa card...

Recent ATM-related development: the ATM in South Korea, despite actually accepting Visa and Mastercard, decided to spit out 40+ 10000 ₩ notes (about the equivalent of 7 € each).

QFT. I second that.

Been there. Done that.

I`ve no idea whatsover what shark-nado means.

It is a movie about a shark infested tornado that hits LA. For that description you should be able to tell how good this movie is going to be.

I am an idiot. Nothing new out there.

Well, whilst you have in the past acted in a fashion consistent with this hypothesis, you're certainly not an idiot in general.

And as an aside, About 99% of all Nursing Homes are terrible.

Good luck with that Sam.

Who's this girl you have to fend off? Why is that bad?

Master student in my department.
I thought she was maybe going after me (already complained about this here), but I don't like her in that way (okay as friend, but not more).
Turns out she's apparently in love with a guy, who has a GF. I know it's mean, but I feel a lot better now (not for her though).

o_O sounds like fun.

One time I thought I was in this potential setting--where I had a "oh man this will be awkward isn't it" moment--and then literally like the next day she started dating some guy

tl;dr Kennigit reads the ladies like he reads 15th century french poetry: he can't.
