Braces! The curse of the teenage classes

Well, mine aren't just cosmetic- my teeth are very bad that it would have caused medical problems in the long run.

I have dreadful teeth. They came in higgledy-piggledy because my mouth is too small to retain all my teeth properly. I had two removed because they dropped in, shark-style, right behind two others.

My mouth hurts because of those new braces they put in.

Well, at least I have only 23 months left!

Don't worry about the pain, that goes away after a few days. It does, however, briefly return when they get tightened, but goes away just as fast.

I've had braces for two months, they just put in a new appliance, though. Thanks goodness it's not inhibiting my speech (I like to talk a lot) or my singing (I'm an amateur singer).

I don't need braces! I did need retainers for a LONG while, though, but it was only for when I slept.
