No. Lunch is from 11:00 to 13:00. Everything before that is either breakfast or afternoon snack.



As morbid as it might sound, in the sleep case, they wouldn't feel a thing. I think.

Lunch is nominally 12-2pm.

Having said that, it's currently 1pm and I'm about to get up and have breakfast, so ultimately it's just a guideline.
