Well ... I would have it as one meal, and then just a snack. Thats what I usually do.

But chicken is usually eaten with rice? Thats a pretty normal meal. Protein + carbs together prevent some of the carbs from being piled on.

And the actual box has a picture of the chicken breasts served with rice!
