Just remembered an incident that happened earlier. Was in the dark room developing films for blots with the lab supervisor. When we're done, we turn to face the revolving door that helps keep outside light out. She turns out all the lights, even the red safelight, on her way out. Before I could go in, someone else uses the door to go in. Since it's dark, they put a hand forward, touching me. Gave them quite a fright and a gasp of shock.
I made it out of bind caused by a stupid, stupid, stupid mistake that only an idiot like me could make. (Sorry, but that ultra-stupid mistake is too embarrassing to go into details about.) After spending some time in a frenzy over the mistake, I found something I had stashed away almost five years ago. That something solved my problem perfectly.
