Random Raves XXI: The Server is Working

That's pretty good actually.

2180.

Oh, sorry, where did that come from? Must have slipped out. :mischief:

What the hell are you doing taking SAT's?

I could have sworn your an Argentinian-Scot...

We do (did?) have SATs in the UK, but they're highly unlikely to be the same as the ones you're talking about.

You do? Interesting.

Well it was Choxorn who posted it, not Takhisis.

Yeah right Ajidica, just because we switched avatars doesn't mean I lost track of everyone. Don't screw with me!

Way to go! You're a cool cut. Here, have your tummy scratched.

SAT's are the means the capitalist state uses to evaluate children. Since the means should be seized by the masses, it is only a logical conclusion that we should seizes SATs.

What am I supposed to have posted?
Off to Chicago! :D
Now this is a true rave!
WTH? Chicago?

I love how someone decided it'd be a good idea to end daylight savings on April Fools'. That's gonna confuse a lot of people.

I only have taken a PSAT. I think that was scored out of 1600 though.

I took it 3 times when I was in high school, and got a combined high score of 2120.

Verbal: 800, 800, 800
Math: 710, 690, 740
Writing: -, -, 580

(I signed up for the last two test periods without a Writing section, hoping to avoid the Writing section. I am a slow a deliberate writer, who prefers to take more time deciding on a topic than they allow to complete the essay. I had to go back and take the test a third time during my senior year because college applications started requiring a Writing score.

All my Verbal scores count as perfect, but they are not really. I always missed either one or two questions, but most did much worse on that section so they curbed it. My top Math and Verbal score actually both mean that I missed a single question in the respective sections.)

I remember getting a 1210 equivalent on the PSAT as a Freshman. I believe I did better as a Sophomore, but don't recall by how much. I don't think I took it as a Junior, as I would have had to pay then. It would also make me eligible for a scholarship which my sister (whose SATs ranged from 1210 to 1350) had won though, so maybe I should have.

I never took the ACT.

So true.

In other news, my name change request went through!
