DH an explanation of the reasons for building these units, prior to city building would be greatly appreciated. I can understand some - but why the animals?.
Pets, Menageries, Carnivals and cages (bears, cats, wolves,and birds at a minimum, with marsupial, lizard and exotic if I have spare), plus the myths and animal buildings that give money and espionage. 5 eagles for the phoenix myth, 5 minotor lizards for dragon myth, 5 spare birds for feather worker, 5 hawks for falconer hut.
There are only 5 merchant units hence my expansion by 5 cities at a time.
Mostly it is to help get the culture up as I play with Realistic Culture spread, but the money helps also.
The problem is we have not told him which ones they might be! I have found the problem where the Barbarians were building Cultural heroes. It says they can in the definition of the Barbarian civilization. Same for Cultural units.
IMO This means that the barbarians are even less likely to attack as they are a nation and will strive to build up their cities, joining them up and getting an economy.
The barbarians need to be changed back to being barbarians! This can wait until v36.
bug Canaanaism first to discover icon is missing. Remember there are two tech icons for every religion one for when it is not yet founded and one for after it has been founded. This is not as important in C2C as in other mods where a religion is not founded on normal techs. In that case the religion icon is displayed for the tech up until it is founded then the normal tech icon is displayed after.
I'll see if I can find and restore it.

Well... there's definitely some art problem taking place with the Camel Rider!
I can no longer commit to the SVN! I just upgraded to the latest SVN code version and can get updates from our SVN but it fails when ever I try and commit.

I tested it and there is only one "problem" - Camel Rider now uses spear and attack with this weapon like with sword. I know about this problem but for now (until someone with knowledge how to proper animate it) - it must stay.

I did have an error when I upgraded to the new SVN code but did a repair. Maybe I need to do a full reinstall.
