Me either, so far so good / //
1. space oceans shouldn't have fresh water bonus
2. space features are immediatly destroyed, if city (space colony) is settled on them.
3. some space terrains get +1 commerce bonus from rivers, even though they can't exist on them.
Well look at civilopedia - only your features are immediatly destroyed.Agreed; I'll see if I can fix that.
I think that's true for all features, not just in space. It might be best to disable settling on features that we want to preserve.
Will get rid of those.

Space features shouldn't be destroyable - there is enough space for your colony and features![]()
What did we do to get you to be able to play 9624? Too much to remember! Ugh!Just an update. Not tried latest version for a few weeks.
XP player. Playing SVN 9624 on Emperor, works fine (now in REN. era, no CTDs).
Loaded latest SVN 9649. To try a new game, crashes first turn. Not the fault of 9649 - but 9625 onwards still.

1)are you using quick combat options in the options menu?Hi, I'm using v37 + v37 patch (so, it's not the latest SVN).
I get a repeatable crash.
On the save : click end turn, then next turn, the game crash, during a ship fight. I tried to reload ad suicide my ship, instead of this fight, but the game still crash.
So here, this game is over (sadly, as I reached Medieval after many days).
Ok.Hi, I'm using quick combat option when attacking, but normal combat option when defending (because I like to know where someone kill my units or if my units survive on the map).
About exact version or why I use it, it's the easy install patch v37, coming from here :

Some features are still immediatly destroyed - I think all of them are in main mod:
Arcology Ruins, Black Hole, City Ruins, 3 variants of Coral Reef, Ice, Kelp, 3 variants of Reef, Very Tall Grass, Dormat/Active Volcano.
All of them should have delayed destruction by city or be undestroyable.
Some space terrains still get +1 commerce for having river:
Martian Desert/Dunes/Permafrost/Plains/Rocky. That is only Martian terrains.
Also still space oceans are interpreted as fresh water lake.
Wonder if something deeper than XML decides about it.
Subterrain/Lava/Methane oceans shouldt be banned from getting fresh water bonus altogether.
Still it looks weird, that city just can erase volcanoes/blackholes even though can't settle on tile containing volcano/blackhole.Yes, those are the main mod. You can't settle directly on the black hole and volcano anyway, and for the others I think it is appropriate that cities destroy them.
It is actually possible to play directly from the SVN trunk folder. Just move the trunk folder to "BTS/mods/" and rename it to Caveman2Cosmos. This way you don't have to export or copy anything after you update your SVN C2C to play the latest version.Hi, the quick combat for defense didnt work.
Just before the crash, I can hear the sound I usualy get when one of my units die.
I will look at how install last SVN. But will my saved game be ok with that ? If change version of the mod, using the SVN, do I need to start a new game, or can I use this saved one ?
EDIT: Ive installed tortoise. Actualy, I launched an "export" of all the trunk folder in a local folder on my desktop.
I suppose like that, i should get all the files of the mod from the SVN.
So after i will put this in the game mod folder (I will rename old mod folder, and rename new folder as Caveman2Cosmos, then using this new one.)
Ok, it's maybe the next step. But for now I don't really understand how work all of this, so I will need some time for learn this and make some trys. maybe this week end or during my next holidays.
I also do this, it makes it easier to mod imo. I have at least three copies of C2C on my computer at any one time.I on the other hand keep my C2C SVN folder separate from my Play C2C. I do use the export function.
