Single Player bugs and crashes v37 plus (SVN) - After the 24th of December 2016

I don't know if this is a bug or how it was designed but as soon as I was able to get stone to my capital as a resource I was able to build a flint quarry there. The stone is coming from my second city and there is no source of stone or outcroppings in my capitals vicinity.
Is this how its supposed to work or is the game mistaking having the resource instead of having it in the cities vicinity?

I have tanks and jeeps that canNOT take a fort?? is there a reason for that??, but as soon as i move a foot soldier on the fort it becomes mine?

EDIT: Now even if i put an Modern Gren on the fort it does NOT become mine for some reason??

Might have something to do with an ability to fortify or not. hmm... It's worth looking into. If you can provide the save of that scenario you're depicting in the image, it could be evaluated.

Does the Flint Quarry say it requires vicinity or access?

Flint Quarry was changed because it was too rare. Before it needed a mixture of resources in the vicinity. It was changed to just need stone anywhere. It should probably be made weaker to compensate.

Thanks. That still feels kinda odd to me.
The entry for it still lists “Requires stone or obsidian, or rocky or badland or jagged or polar outcrop or polar outcrop or polar outcrop or polar outcrop or polar outcrop or polar outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop or outcrop”
Could it be set to need just one of these in the city vicinity?

Vicinity is an AND condition not an OR condition. It could be changed to a different mechanism but then you would not see what it was because that code is not exposed to the AI or pedia.

There are 19 Great Wonders showing in the pedia with nothing against them, no text, no nothing.

I noticed this when looking at the Civology stuff. I did a new sync with the SVN and still have it.

I've noticed it too, I think those WW's are newly added by pepper2000.

That's an old problem that I forgot about from my modmod. Those are actually the old Mars colonies that were built on Earth, back before there was a mechanism for using space terrain. The error should be corrected now.

That mod is merged into C2C from elsewhere. It is probably what the designer wanted.

I particularly like the one that is not navigable in the coast as it is the only equivalent to mountains in the sea.
Well some animals spawn on them and they don't move from here.

Bug: slave-shipping doesn't remove population from city screen.

latest SVN (9658, upgraded from SVN 9653). Deity Nightmare game.

I have 7 engineer specialists in my capital (size 24) and want to get rid of them. So I order a cloud observer hut (125 hammers) in my capital and press the "hurry" (slavery whip) button which costs 7 pop.

The pop number drops from 24 to 17 but I still have the 7 engineer specialists and no pop has been removed from the city map. I can still move pop around in the city like there are still 24 citizens.

Given the rather pathetic amount of hammers you get from slave whipping, I doubt anyone uses it so this bug may be quite old.

shift-ctrl-T fixes the problem.

Infinite loop, pls fix as soon as possible, thx, it is in the Modern Era . . .
Well... you've found one that has me stumped for the moment. It's running through a loop that has always been a little mysterious how it's supposed to work and is at the core of the system of setting up units to take action so I can't just make tweaks without the greatest of care. Not quite understanding the machinery we're bound up in is very dangerous at this point so it's really going to take some serious study to see what exactly is causing the problem.

I cannot promise I'll be able to fix this issue.
