Game option "More XP to level". Tooltip says 2 times more XP to level, but globaldefines.xml sets it at +200% (four times more XP). I usually just change it manually to +100%.

I assume your playing version is a copy of your copy of the SVN. You need to make sure the deletes are done as well as the updates and new files.

It cannot hurt your system to run the directX runtime installer that tmv linked to. It is actually recommended for all to run that if they dabble in older games (pre directX10 games). It will ensure that all directX9, and older, files and dll's does exist on your computer where it should.

I've many times encountered problems with older games that got instantly fixed by using the directX runtime.

Oh, I've never tried it on windows 10, I ran it some times on windows 7 and XP to fix some issues I had back in the day.
I've been on win 10 for about 2 years now, haven't had any directX issues on it, my knowledge and assertion above about the runtime is probably outdated when it comes to win 10.

Edit: I tested it and it ran without errors, did you run it with administrator privileges?

Your game is the only one that's giving these crashes. I need to try to figure out why. The minis are obviously not giving me completely accurate information because the scenario as they are describing it is impossible to take place completely (unless I don't understand something). It would not be the first time that a mini shows a somewhat different picture to what is actually shown when you catch the crash in the act under a debug dll run on the save. I know your crash is non-repeating but your minis are all showing the same sequence of events, so although a turn can certainly vary its way out of the crash scenario when your game is loaded, it also is evidencing the problem so I'll just have to load the debugger, play with 15 minute turn times (or more) and just play the game until the crash happens and I get a more accurate picture of the problem.

So any save on this game will do but preferably right around the time when this crash was last known to take place - the path to the crash involves an attack AI moving to join with another attack AI stack (probably just a straggler that needed to be absorbed into the larger stack.) This isn't a massively common act or rather not easy to setup to replicate. So since it's happening a lot in your game I hope with it I can play a minimal amount of time to catch the culprit in action.

It seems like there is bug if tech has 6 OR prereqs:
Its AND prereqs will display twice, that they lead to same tech.
This happens with Transhuman and Transcedant lifestyle. It may be bug with @Toffer90 pedia though.

I think this display issue can be fixed by changing one of OR prereqs to AND prereq.

Should probably check down that path first to be sure but if the issue is for both core and Tofferpedia, then it probably has to do with the limit on OR prereqs and just cutting one of them out would be the trick.

I checked it without Toffer's pedia. This bug doesn't happen without it.

Game crashed when i got a great person, there was a popup saying assertion failed for great_person_pascal_c....(some numbers i forgot them). i tried to get a screenshot but could not tab to the popup to take one.

for some reason now, i have tried like 5 times to get the "iron ore" to be in my resources, but to NO avail?? it keeps on being avail from the other civ , i have a before turn and after turn pic, pic 1 and pic 2 to show that it never works? and the save is from when i accepted the offer they made, 1st , then i took the 2nd, pic to see that its still avail from the other civ, i hope this makes sense??

It says you have 8 of them when you look at the hover information on the 2nd pic. You've imported 5 of them and he's exported 5 of them. You can't trade back to him what you've traded from him.

Looks like you have the corporation in your lands that makes use of that resource so you can trade for as much of it as you wish.

wasnt looking to trade it, what i was thinking was it should ONLY be avail (in white) IF i dont have any to GET from that civ if i already have it and in (red) if i already have it, and again i dont trade MY resources only GET THEM from other civs?? at least that is what it used to be i believe / / /

its always been that if you have the corporation that makes use of the resource you can trade more than one of them to yourself. and as a result it will always be white, its only red if you cannot use another one of them

this is because of the bonus corporation gives for more than one of the same type of resource (3 iron > 2 iron and so on)
