Single Player bugs and crashes v39 plus (SVN) - After the 20th of July 2019

It did not help - there is no interface. Including, for example, BUG. Tell me, in what way should the folder appear?
Mod folder name must be Caveman2Cosmos.
It can't be in My Documents.
Run as Admin

Set it up by starting a play now game. Then get out of the game and start one the way you normally would from there. That should initiate the usersettings folder properly. Once you get into the game you want to play, just make sure to review your options in the BUG settings so that you have it all setup the way you want it and it should remember it from there.
The userSetting folder is created before you reach the main menu when starting C2C, the ini files within it is created when loading a game or starting a new game, doesn't matter how you start a new game.

He wouldn't be able to start the game if this wasn't true in his case.

Was there an extra step with (newly installed especially) Win 10 to give a program write access?

I loaded save without user settings (moved it ouside mod temporarily), and UI appeared correctly, though unnecessary backup was created.

In the right-click menu where you select "SVN Update", select instead "TortoiseSVN", and then "Update to Revision".

Rolled back to 11037, 11025, 11006 - the problem is the same. There is an interface in vanilla. It seems that the problem is in Win 10. Settings folder did not appear. Maybe someone will give me theirs, with the location path, until the problem is solved? :)

The lack of a UserSettings folder is a symptom, indicating that your program doesn't have write permission.

Hang on. If you don't know the location path, how do you know the folder's not there? It should be in the 'Caveman2Cosmos' directory, which should be in the Mods directory in the directory where your BeyondTheSword.exe is.

Can you upload a screenshot confirming these details are correct? And another confirming that you are running BtS as administrator.

Once all that is confirmed, if the problem persists, then there is as you say a permissions problem with Win10.

Thank you very much, but you’ll laugh, it didn’t help. Plus, the game began to crash when trying to change the resolution.

It seems that the problem is in Win 10. There was a Win 7 before.

Or a problem in the new video card (nvidia 1080ti). Tested on a previous machine (Win 7, Nvidia 960) - everything works correctly. :(
