High Concept: Tribal Congressional Islamic Autocratic Dictatorship
Trouble: Alien Infiltration - psionic mutants and alien supremacists threaten the Jamahiriya and dominion of mankind and infiltrate the very congressional apparatus of the state to thwart the revolution! These reactionary elements have already usurped the Jamahiriya's dominion in Morocco and have set up an outpost of tyranny in Egypt, they must not be permitted to proceed further..
Stunt: Third International Theory - +2 to charm rolls when engaging in diplomatic actions with NPC's.

The Green Book: "The Party" is a tool of oppression, a modern instrument of tyranny established to maintain the rule and power of the few over the many. The Jamahiriya revolutionises socialism and brings power back to the people previously shackled by the decadent bourgeois socialism of the false European doctrine that rose ascendant in the aftermath of the calamity. It does this through its peoples congresses and enlightened doctrine that works with human nature rather than against it, under the benevolent protection of the Brotherly Leader and Guide of the Revolution, Caliph of Islam and King of Kings of Africa of course.
Humanity United: "the family—the tribe—the nation—the world," from the small to the great the natural bonds of blood and kinship are of foremost importance in the Third International Theory. Long ago the first brotherly leader united the tribes of Libya against the evil kings of old only to be murdered by fanatics paid off by the European socialists and their reactionary capitalist masters who threatened by the revolutionary third way sought to extinguish it in its cradle. Alas for them however, for in the aftermath of the calamity that great mans heir united the scattered tribes of the Sahara and Arabia in a great movement known as the "Second Spring" and brought them together under the Great Jamahariya!
Biding time to build up technical knowhow and establish the congressional system throughout the tribes and disparate arab lands the rule of the Jamahiriya became entrenched under the aegis of successive brotherly leaders. However in latter days a baleful alien supremacist movement has threatened the peace of the people, with reactionary elements seizing Morocco with the assistance of berber nationalists and setting up an outpost of tyranny in the western deserts of Egypt, challenging the peoples self-sovereignty under the Brotherly Leader. Furthermore the wretched Europeans once again look south seeking to restore their ancient colonial enterprise. Nonetheless despite these challenges the Jamahariya continues strong, and under the leaders brotherly guidance will indubitably spread its influence across the earth, for the brotherhood of man and the liberation of the people!
