That fake video of Queen Elizabeth’s Christmas speech that UK Channel 4 made, did they intentionally make her voice sound like she had just taken a big hit off a helium balloon? Was that to prevent people from spreading it around as a real video? Or is that the best in voice fakery that we have?

The voice isn't faked, that was a voice actor.
So probably less intentional than you think.

Neither, I saw an article about a well established drug that was recently discovered to reduce the desire for nail biting. If there were nail biters here, I would send them a link or post it.

You can't tell me after watching that video that Bush had never dodged a shoe before. That was masterful. He did a good job transitioning from the shoe question to going onto his point too.

Because I'm tired of the one I have. And GWB was the first president I remember in my lifetime, as I was too young in the Clinton years to understand anything about politics. I could have an anti-terrorism avatar.
