Aaaahh. I hope it's better than it sounds.

It was a crossword clue which I solved otherwise anyway.

It’s a pretty divisive flavor, in my experience. I personally love them, they’re in my top-2 or 3 bagel varieties.

My partner cannot stand them.
 
I think I once had a bagel. I was not impressed.
 
I'm eating an everything bagel for dinner tonight. Two bites left! Good bagels (not all are) are magnificent food! :D

If the bagel is soft enough I might use it to make a sandwich, but like that… well, maybe I should engage in research.

Toasted with cream cheese is also very good for them, especially if you toast them in such a way as to toast the sesame seeds without burning anything.

An everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, capers and red onion is the quintessential Jewish bagel.

Toppings and stuffings and coatings and in-betweenings I can do, but the real issue to solve is getting bagels with proper dough.

Can you find a good Jewish bakery? They will have the best bagels.
 
There are multiple Jewish neigbourhoods in this city so it's a good possibility. The good thing would actually be to find some proper pastron; I can make proper dough if I get proper materials, but animal products I cannot make.
 
Wellllll. If we're not picky about them having a market.
 
Having cows in the city is usually frowned upon for some reason...
Especially in aparrtments. Neighbours usually whine about it......

I'm assuming tha's the kind of animal product one would pair with bagels.
