Trump explained - because you all are blind

The only reason you can't understand, and why so many people share your exact sentiment... is because they are still clinging to the "and/or incurious" explanation out of a generous desire to give him some fig leaf of an excuse. Forget "incurious"... forget "ignorant"... The key word here is "pathological". Once you embrace that explanation all the confusion melts away and you will fully understand the lies. He is a pathological liar. He can't stop, won't stop, its a compulsion.
I think Trumps psychological profile would need more data(for myself) and deeper analysis. I am guessing itsnt correct to judge someone by standards which most men in high profile positions keep pretense of only on surface(take Obama getting Nobel peace prize while bombing and selling more weapons than Bush) becouse when you get maverick like Trump coming along your expectations and predictions based on that surface behaviour are bound to be way off...

*laughs for three hours straight*
FWIW: maverick: individualist, nonconformist, free spirit, unorthodox person, unconventional person, original, trendsetter, bohemian, eccentric, outsider;
rebel, dissenter, dissident;
informalbad boy

Yep, if you think Trump is any of these things, I'm here to tell you you've been had.

Yep, if you think Trump is any of these things, I'm here to tell you you've been had.
Trump is most of them which I think is quite obvious but you are welcome to pull me out of that mess of ignorance I got tricked into by my personal observations.

You have to pull yourself out; no one can do it for you.
By my shoe strings? I hope you dont think people helping each other has gone obsolete.

"You can lead a man to knowledge, but you can't make him think."
I dont think I have asked for anything beyond the first part of the quote...

By my shoe strings? I hope you dont think people helping each other has gone obsolete.

If Baron von Münchhausen could pull himself out of the swamp by his boots, and every PC can boot himself, why can't you ?

tbh, political opinions aside, I think there is a demonstrable lack of knowledge regarding the words pathological, delusional and dementia......(just read this one) bipolar psychosis???? :lmao: ....all very entertaining

If Baron von Münchhausen could pull himself out of the swamp by his boots, and every PC can boot himself, why can't you ?
I can but its usually slower process and arguably less fun.

"You can lead a man to knowledge, but you can't make him think."
That's not quite accurate.

Or at least it's not what I heard.

"You can lead a whore to culture, but you can't make her think."

Horse. Water. Drink.
Whore. Culture. Think.

See?

The Washington Post has obtained transcripts of two conversations President Trump had with foreign leaders: one with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and another with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/grap...ia-mexico-transcripts/?utm_term=.1c68c77a32bc
To the Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto on the wall:
"...... because if you are going to say that Mexico is not going to pay for the wall, then I do not want to meet with you guys anymore because I cannot live with that".

With the Australian PM
TURNBULL: I am a highly transactional businessman like you and I know the deal has to work for both sides. Now Obama thought this deal worked for him and he drove a hard bargain with us – that it was agreed with Obama more than a year ago in the Oval Office, long before the election. The principles of the deal were agreed to.
TRUMP: I do not know what he got out of it. We never get anything out of it – START Treaty, the Iran deal. I do not know where they find these people to make these stupid deals. I am going to get killed on this thing.
TURNBULL: You will not.
TRUMP:Yes, I will be seen as a weak and ineffective leader in my first week by these people. This is a killer.
TURNBULL: You can certainly say that it was not a deal that you would have done, but you are going to stick with it.

and much more. Better read the long transcriptions yourself if interested

He's even more vacuous in private than in public. Christ.

I think Trumps psychological profile would need more data(for myself) and deeper analysis.
Again, that position comes wholesale from your desire to find a more favourable explanation for his lies. I understand that desire completely... you are a Trump supporter, so it makes sense for you to want to view his behavior in a favourable light. What many people, Trump supporters in particular, have been doing all along, is trying to imagine his behavior as complex and mysterious... but I finally realize that this is little more than a brute force attempt to ignore the simple, obvious explanation. Again, I don't need any additional data or any deeper analysis than I have already.

Patriots fans will forever tend to make excuses for Brady/Inflategate, saying things similar to what you are saying "we don't have all the facts, need more information, consider all the circumstances, nobody really knows"... on and on, etc. But non-Pats/Brady fans just look at it and say "He had the balls deflated because it gave him an advantage, he knew it was against the rules but he did it anyway cause he thought he could get away with it." And he did get away with it. Its obvious. Plain as day, move on. Trump is the same situation. Trump is a pathological liar and he gets away with it. Its obvious. Plain as day.

Non-Pats/Brady fans also sometimes simply stop watching the "professional" version of the sport entirely. At least baseball tends to punish its cheaters when they're caught. Professional football is... garbage. I have to put up with enough in government it doesn't deserve being entertainment too. Now to get the NCAA boys properly compensated.

Well... television is garbage. But you've got it reversed. Entertainment TV has been mostly garbage for a long time, including sports, slowly but surely... So I'd have said we have to put up with enough in entertainment that it shouldn't be in government too. But the garbage aspect of TV has finally fully crossed over to government as well, after completely overrunning entertainment and sports.

Esports, NETFLIX and CFC man... its all we have left... well, that and wives, children, homes, families, friends, jobs...

I guess I could say something simmilar reversed: the never-Trumpers have made their mind on one-sided superficial knowledge that suits their way of looking at reality without deeper analysis and through use of exaggeration and by taking things out of context.
I am willing to talk case by case examples well placed in context like above transcript of DJTs calls with foreign leaders but I am unable to make at this point my mind to what extent "Trumps lies" are an out of ordinary phenomena in present day political reality and in what way or possibly if their nature is pathological...

deeper analysis

This is some sort of code phrase for the absurd logical contortions required to conclude anything other than that Donald Trump is an unredeemed piece of human garbage who should be in prison rather than running a country?
