While We Wait: Boredom Strikes Back

I have considered putting more stats into GalaxyNES, if I can find a way that it will definitely improve the game. I'm working with a few simple systems. The tricky bit is that many of them are easy to game if I don't blackbox them.

Spoiler :
Many of the major houses have already made generous donations. However, I appreciate that the minor houses have lower incomes then we do, so anything at all that you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Remember that we must develop a cure for this disease quicky, because the longer we leave it the more likely it is that it will spread to those remaining fiefs that have held out against the disease, or indeed other planets which could be decimated in the same way as E2 has been.

...1 or 2 Million Firebirds...

On behalf of the Council of Minors:

We are currently voting on this, but I can almost guarantee unity behind the idea already: The Council of Minors are willing to coorporate to produce twenty-five million Imperial Firebirds for the project of finding a cure against the Dark Plague of Errovus Secondus.

May our efforts to create such a cure not be in waste, and may this initiative save the lives of hundreds of thousands men, women and children in the coming years.

To be honest, it was amassed by individual clans contributing 1-3MF each, so...

Terrance (also Spryllino), Why are you posting that here?

No idea... because it's only meta-relevant to the NES I suppose? I was just replying.

It was just funny+ no need to displace thread.

He says, Oh, just give a few pennies, we Major Houses all contributed LOADS>

And we are like: Yeah, here is 25 thousand Grand, yep, 25 MILLION firebirds. You ask for change? We'll shove some serious cash down there. yeah, Probably more than what a Major house or Two sent.

The Eye Spy is sly.

Boredom hurting you physically? EltNES.

If I can get one small piece written shortly, I will post tonight.

The gods are with us. The update text will go up in pieces. Then the map. I will try to get all of it done tonight, but do not expect the stats until Saturday. You won't know how much gold you have until then. ;)

You know, I forgot how fun it is sitting in front of your computer as you read a book and click "refresh" every so often to see if anyone's posted in your NES thread. I'm such an attention whore :C

Has anyone here taken the AP World History Exam. if you did, how difficult would you say it was?

In my experience the people who elect to take AP classes in a subject are not challenged by the exam (it's just your average standardized test). Look over the cliffnotes test prep thing or whatever and it'll be cake.

Yep, yep! Just read over your notes/your study guide briefly (don't stress too much) and get to bed early-ish. Wake up, don't fret, and go destroy that test. I know I did!

Thanks for the tips.

About the AP World specifically, do watch out for one thing: they have a weird grading rubric for essays. Iirc, you have to provide at least 3 examples of stuffz, and do 3 more of other things, and that kind of thing. Take a look at the essay rubrics before you take it, and you'll be fine.

Is NESchat working?

yes, I've there now

/my bad.. the link in the sticky thread was out of date...
