2 100 man unit screenshots

My first thought was to remember the 100-nuke screenshots that were posted here. It'd probably be like the fighters, and only use a single missile for the animations, but would the explosion change size? The reason I ask is I'm going to mod in a Planet Buster missile for my future tech mod, and I want that megaexplosion on each one.

You can scale animations using the XML. Just make the nuke explosion scaled to 1000% or something.

Dom Pedro, its not as bad as you think

Weasel, Altova XMLSpy, you can download a free trial version from altova.com

Snoopy, how long is the free trial of XMLSpy good for. I assume the app dies on your computer after X number of days.

Now all you need is combined armies. Archers, horsemen, and axemen in one unit would rock!

Lehawk, that can actually be done; I found out lastnight that the iRequired line in iMeshGroups which is found in the UnitInfo XML file, is responsible for adding more of one type of model to a 'unit'.

How do you think the 3 type of models in the Settler unit are created? :D

Infact, I am gonna give it a try right now..

Batman: It expires after 30 days I think

Here, I just tested it and it works beautifully.

Still working on it Weasel. It's not easy, and it may not be possible, but I'll work it out tonight at home. Computer at work is far too slow for me to keep testing.

But efficient men do it with Notepad2 ;)

Next you'll be saying that fighting in bare skin with an Ak-47 is not the best way to fight a war...

my computer is already starting to get hyperventelated from the game by it self on low settings..... i think i should get more memory

Now all we need is an "Average Citizen" model and have a group of 25 models for one unit and call it the "Unruly Mob" unit. The unit could have the ability to half the strength of an opposing unit (to simulate the distraction the mob would create). :P
