Nope, its Vicky. In HoI2, the area around Buffalo is messed up, as well as around Colorado/New Mexico/Arizona due to rivers.

Most British place-names make sense. You just have to be able to speak Old English, Old Norse, Old Welsh and Old Irish, and preferably a smattering of Vulgar Latin.
