Sounds to me that Civ doesn't have a lot of luck with their Aztec themes. I personally find Civ VI Aztec theme as the best since... forever, BUT! it's one of the least interesting among so many other greats around.

Buying Spain one more turn of life. It has so much more life and happiness in it than Civ V themes which felt very dragged out. Recuerdos de la Alhambra are hot and steamy - love them!

Australian theme plays inside my head now, so, +1.

I'm disappointed India was eliminated. They had the best instrumentation for their themes in the game, and I was pleasantly reminded of the opening track to Life of Pi with their theme (also it was Gandhi's favorite, so fitting for him anyhoo).

Critics of this song have won me over. It's repetitive and dreary. A bit of shame too, given Germany's huge repository of classical music. This should have gone before India for sure.

Underappreciated. Such an energetic and sweeping theme to give life to the Gilgamesh-Enkidu partnership. Also, I read somewhere that it was in fact based on Hurrian Hymn 6, so I changed the description. Obviously Firaxis did a lot to add their own spin to it.

Scythia's theme isn't BAD. Frankly I don't think any theme I haven't voted for already is a straight up bad song (which is why it perplexes me why I must downvote songs I normally wouldn't yet just to fulfill an arbitrary quota because it's "unsporting" to just vote as you would and let the chips fall as they may). But this original composition sounds suspiciously similar to one of their other original compositions, specifically Sumeria's theme as they both seem to share the same general beat, rhythm, and tempo. And I feel this is simply the worse of the two similar songs as it just sounds like it's being held back and restrained unlike Sumeria's more lively and bombastic roars so while Scythia isn't bad it will take a downvote just for being a lesser version of a superior theme.

Anyway if you think Kalinka is bad then you're wrong, your opinion is wrong, you're stoopid, and I bet you smell like potty. (EDIT: I thought it was pretty obvious that that was sarcasm, but just in case it wasn't clear enough let me reiterate. THE ABOVE STATEMENT IS SARCASM. IT IS NOT ACTUALLY MEANT AS A REAL INSULT. The whole civ music is amazing and it is really hard to choose.
Maybe this is a fact of new DLC, but I really enjoy Persian music pieces(especially ending). They did an amazing work!
