I downloaded the entire thing over and installed all the add-ons except for VD. It did the same thing.

Decided to play an alt history game. Played as Aztecs and World Builder'd out all the civilizations (including later spawns) in the Old World. Now only the New World has civilization. I'll still allow Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and America to spawn -- but they will have a max of 1 tech advantage above me only.

It's also irrelevant, because it seems to be triggered by any or all of the add-ons. So I just downloaded the whole thing again.

No, I mean what were you trying to do? Did you just want to play a game in the New World? Did you want to see if the Old World would be reverse colonized?

Basically I do stuff like that to be able to play into the modern era without waiting two generations for a turn. Sometimes I take out civilizations by pretending a genetic trait averted a civilization from being wiped out by a virus, or alternate history of important things that would reduce number of civilizations.

you either, not build so many wonders

or, destroy babylon, greece cartharge and egypt

If all of those civilizations are still alive long enough to give you the religious victory, I'd love to know how you're playing Rome. Peaceful traders? Hunker down in Italy and try and win a space race victory?

You have to load from an older civilization and then switch to them when they spawn, but yeah.

I think Argentina spawns one turn before Columbia, so most people use it to play Columbia.
