I agree with the tease aspect some have already commented on, and that leads me to simply saying they often look better nude, but to say always is wrong.
When it comes down to it human beings all look generally alike naked. Sure there's some variation in skin colors, body shapes etc. But aside from faces which generally have a good bit of variety, people don't look all that different naked. Clothing (like make up or hair styles) allow people to customize themselves into something unique, and at least in my opinion this type of variety is more important than anything.
Though obviously at some point in time it should come off, but certainly not at all times that would just be boring and rather quickly become mundane.

Pluto, the OP gave the options "attractive women always look better without clothing" vs. "attractive women sometimes look better with clothing"; it's pretty obvious that wording is going to skew the poll a bit. If it was simply "attractive women generally look better with/without clothing", it would be different.

Not all look better one way or the other... but it's important to make sure she looks okay without makeup before you decide to wake up next to her the next morning.

I'd say this applies for clothing as well as makeup.

I will add, though, to what Jolly Roger said -- clothing often have the effect of making a body look more attractive. Bras, for example, make a woman's boobs more pert and full, and add cleavage. As JR alluded to, knickers make the bum look more shapely, prevent sagging, etc. And that's just underwear -- jeans, skirts, sweaters, shirts/t-shirts, etc all add to the effect. Girls with sagging boobs or with a bit of a belly can get a real lift by wearing clothes that, first of all, fit them, and second by wearing clothes that keep everything looking in shape.
