I do not know, and a quick google did not help. I would guess pretty low. It would not necessarily be the same as Denmark.

You are correct, and really none of the guesses so far are anywhere close, with the "distance of urban centers" at least having an influence on it whereas the others would not. A whole different field.

No. Every country would have a unique value (while it is possible that one or more have exactly zero I suspect none do, but would need to read the paper in detail to be sure). Note the key, these countries all have the lowest values, lower than 0.0044015.
