I need help Creating Units

Hi all. I have been playing the Civ games for a long time and i heard that you can create your own units. Can some help me with this. Thanks

If you go out and buy some programs like Bryce, or Poser you can make 3d units, or if ur like me, and wont really be able to figure those programs out, just use my method, its time consuming, but grts the job done. use C'n'P or Cut and Paste. here ill go make a tutorial on this. look for it in 20 minutes.

Wow! A noob who wants to make units, and is polite about it! Thank you, good sir. Anyway, I might suggest trying a few static pcx's like techs or cities, to build your skills, which you will be needing for units and such. But first, get Wally or GIMP or Paint Shop Pro or some other pcx-reading utility, and take a look at the tuorials,

any luck with unit creation caesar__1? and I would strongly reccomend Paint Shop Pro, I use Paint Shop Pro 4.

Ceasar, I would look at my tech-making tutorial, first (since techs are easier to make than anything else). Then, look at the rest of the tutorials there based on what kind of graphics or mods you would like to make, .

yes, units take time, and agrevation to make, and still sometimes come out wrong.

No, I would really recommend Paint Shop Pro, I find its easy to use and learn, but the choice is yours.
