Believe it or not, there are proper farm cheeses made in the United States. You should check a couple of them out.

It is cheese. So is Cheez whiz... in Philly, you go to Pats and order a steak sandwich, it's "Cheez whiz wit" which means it's with ("wit") grilled onions. And it is heaven.

Add in a can of hormel chili (sans beans) to those and give it a good dipping. Trust me, you'll like it (that's exactly how I make dip in my crock pot)

Please tell me you're referring to Wisconsin cheese curds and not those plastic slices at the supermarket.
