Tsk, Arabia being eliminated before Persia is the wrong way to go in my view.

Mongolia (Pastoral Song; Urtin Duu) - 31
Nubia (Allah Musau) - 7 (6 + 1) This has a catchy theme, great use of clapping and other instruments, and it's memorable. Also, it's one of a few Civ VI themes that blends two musical themes together nicely. I think this should at least outlast Spain and Persia.
Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 12 (15 - 3) The only good thing about this theme is the instrumentation. The melody is not memorable or even harmonious (because of the trilling ad nauseum), and Civ V's Persia theme was much more moving, dramatic, and memorable.

China (Jasmine Flower) - 17-3=14 - This final eight looks very nice... But something has to be downvoted, and as much as it pains me to downvote eastern music which I immensely enjoy, using generic violin instead of erhu is almost a crime. Guzheng is nice though.

Nubia being gone makes me sad. It deserved to beat out China and Persia.

China (Jasmine Flower) - 14 Ugh, the Chinese theme in VI is tedious, but I won’t downvote it for now only because I prefer it to Persia’s theme.
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 18 (17 + 1) A melodious, memorable theme of divinely resonating gamelan notes that reminds you of family and sailing under the stars. The fact that it’s based on a religious dance by female dancers kind of fits the leader as well. Excellent instrumentation also. One of my absolute favorites, and one of the few Civ VI themes I prefer to the Civ V incarnation.

Persia (Kereshme + Reng-e Shalakhu) - 8 (11 - 3) A distinctly unmelodious theme full of endless trilling. Because of how much trilling there is, the theme is not memorable. I bet if you tried humming this you would get it wrong. Good instrumentation alone is not enough this late in this forum thread game.

China (Jasmine Flower) - 11 (14-3) At this point all of the themes remaining are great. It's just that China's is somewhat lackluster compared to the rest.
Indonesia (Rejang Dewa; Bapang Selisir) - 19 (18+1) Beautiful piece. The early eras sound peaceful, like a nice fishing voyage amongst tropical islands. The later eras' interpretations, however, are reminiscent of what it would sound like entering a glorious island-spanning, Hindu/Buddhist empire and I love it.
