Why keeping the shadow of the Shadow unit ?

If the unit a shadow or a quasi-invisible unit, I don't think it should got a shadow..... But it's a detail.

it looks kinda funny in flicster with the alpha blend. the shadow on the ground is what you're trying to get?

also, the east animation, the arrow gets "stuc;" to the side of the frame
