Lets just get some fact straight.

I didn't say that were went't hunting cult or taking out sw first. This is a fabrication.
There was nothing in my behavior that was pro war with starwars.

Except for the quicktopic where you very explicitly laid out your plans to go to war with SW.

I unified LotR because it was the best way:
a) to make sure our ultimate goal is not confused
b) Hunt the cult, by making everyone accountable for their action
c) Get rid of any starwars characters pretending to be LotR

TheY were clear in the objectives, they are even there in part of the (edited) quote that Sirtommygun posted.

The "ultimate goal" was the systematic destruction of the SW town, SW cult and LOTR cult in that order.

There has been no talk of a town war. In fact only Sirtommygun and Backwards logic have suggested so.

Not in public, obviously, that would give away the backstab before you could put the knife in.

As to sirtommygunn. Now it could be an overreaction to the content of the thread. It was certainly was one of hysteria.

However, a normal course for a spy would be to stay low and distribute the link to some starwars roles. I would have been fine with that, I expected that, it was going to happen. I expected that we would have to we find and removed the starwars roles.

So why is sirtommygunn suspect. His behavior was completely not normal

1) He flipped out at the mearst hint of being a lynch possibility . Note this is when we thought he was lotr (note this is contrary to what he has claimed was a lynch SW agenda)

Incorrect, I flipped out at your plan to destroy my faction, why would I not take it public when I don't know the rest of the SW town?

2) What spy goes and publicly reveals himself in the middle of an enemy QT.

3) He publicly posted up roles to help cult. (while i am sure there was cult in the QT. We have not ruled out that lotr cult could have starwars cover roles)

I posted roles to help distribute potential targets for SW vigilante in case of war. You were proposing all out war and it seemed a number of your faction were behind you. I had to make it clear that this kind of backstabbing behavior was counter-productive, and with me having no guaranteed protection and no idea who my allies are, going public was the only way to make sure the information got to those who needed it.

4) He accuses the QT as being a pro war topic. despite everything in the QT pointing to the opposite

Except for the quotes I posted where you literally said it was a pro SW-LOTR town war QT.

Now why would he do this? His action looks and feels like a deliberate attempt to a) hurt Lotr in hunting its cult b) try and sow discord among LotR and c) provoke open aggression.

Maybe because that is an actual thing that you said? It could have been the wrong move to go public with it, I'll admit, but I couldn't discount the possibility of you rallying a lynch on me and silencing me before I could let the SW town know about your plan.

You have deliberately try take that out of context - as clearly referred to in the your revealing quote that it means the removal of Starwars players from the QT.

Hows that cult hunting going. I have yet to see any progress from Starwars on the Front. Pizza's suspect list was a joke and act of deception.

It looks like an aggressive positioting to me. You and ATPG need to stop trying to be Iran to Lotr's America and be more of an ally. I suggest starwars being France is not a good analogy in this case. So try not to make it fit.

In all seriousness, I find Verarde to be a very unlikely cultist, since as I said, the cult wouldn't convert inactives and the chance of him being a starting cultist is very low. However, almost everyone else seems to have an alibi of some sort, which implies that either LOTR cult was given to an inactive, never got off the ground and is about to be exterminated, or LOTR cult has seized control and is faking being confirmed townies. I guess we will soon find out. As for SW, Azzaman's logic makes no sense, but I don't want to push a town war, as an Azzaman lynch would, since an inter-town conflict just benefits the two cults as the two towns kill off each other's power roles. I disapprove of Sprig's militarism, but I doubt that Sprig is cult, at least as of now.
